J'ai acheté une paire de chaussures. Malheureusement, elles m'ont été livrées en deux tailles différentes (1 x 37 et 1 x 39). J'ai fait une réclamation et j'ai immédiatement reçu un e-mail de confirmation. Mais depuis, plus de nouvelles. J'ai essayé de me renseigner, mais les e-mails ne sont pas arrivés.
I bought a pair of shoes. unfortunately, the shoes were delivered to me in two different sizes (1 x 37 and 1 x 39). Have complained, immediately received a confirmation email. But since then, unfortunately, nothing more heard. Wanted to follow up, but the emails did not arrive. Money gone :-(
