We have just had our roof cleaned and sealed, with some repairs carried out on broken tiles and a loose ridge tile. The result is amazing: looks like a new roof. Richie and Liam carried out the work: they were hard working, skilled craftsmen who took pride in their work. They disposed of all the moss and rubbish, leaving the surrounding area cleaner than when they arrived. We would definitely recommend them.

Whilst we knew that our pebble-dashed semi detached property would require some maintenance in the near future we hadn't planned anything until Artisan knocked on the door to offer a quote. From that point on all our dealings with Artisan have been excellent. The work required was to repair damaged pebble dash and then to apply Properla coating to the exterior.
Rob in the office provided great communication about the planned start date and continued to keep in touch throughout the work.
Danny and Chris carried out the work to a first class standard despite the extreme heat at times. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating when we changed our minds on one or two aspects of the project.
The end result exceeded our expectations! My wife and I are so pleased with the end result and already neighbours have commented on how lovely the house now looks.

Excellent from beginning to finish. All the staff that I had contact with were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Richie and Liam did the physical work on very hot days. The outside area was cleaner and tidier when they left than it had been before they started the work clearing the moss off the roof.

I agree with all the 5 star ratings. I have had my roof cleaned , brickwork sealed and lovely front windows and door , I am very satisfied , a few timing issues with the windows and the bit of grouting that was needed before the sealing of the bricks was not neat but that was minor. A wonderful courteous service I was kept fully informed , would definitely recommend this company , guarantee included with all work .

Trustworthy, impressive company. Very good communication and explanation of what would happen. RICHIE and LIAM did an impressive job not only with the roof which looks fabulous, but phoning ahead with arrival times, careful and thorough work round the solar panels, overcoming any problem, and doing a wonderful clean up job during and after. The lead upto the work was very thorough. I had a clear understanding of the process as to how the work would be carried out and its cost. This was done in person
which I very much appreciated. I was given a roof survey sheet plus a guarantee certicate and a wrtten duty of care statement.
The work was carried out efficiently over a period of just over a week at the end of each day the surrounds of the house were properly cleared and cleaned. I certainly would recommend Artisan Coatings & Exteriors without hesitation, a brilliant job done!

The rendering refurbishment by Artisan Exteriors was a great experience from start to finish. From the initial contact with Alex, then Martin the surveyor, Amy the office manager and Rob checking from time to time that everything was satisfactory, I found them all to be very polite and pleasant. Ryan who did the work was also a lovely lad and did a great job (and loves his black coffee). I would highly recommend Artisan.

We chose Artisan to clean our bungalow roof after they had done the roof at our neighbours bungalow. We must say that we are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them. The company was totally professional from the initial cold call, two lots of surveying through to the installation by Brad and Mackenzie. Nothing was too much trouble for Brad and Mackenzie, they were polite, thorough and very hard working clearing up every evening and doing a superb job. Thank you Artisan.

Artisan are the best company I have ever used. They kept me fully informed throughout explaining everything. Their team are most polite, professional and above and beyond to ensure a brilliant job and excellent experience throughout, clearing up everyday without fail. Ryan did the silicon rendering and lots of extra bits to make sure I was really happy with his work. There was a little hickup at the beginning and Ollie also went above and beyond to put it right. He was constantly in contact with me from start to finish making sure I was happy with everything. We recently had work done on our roof. Ritchie and colleague did an excellent and thorough job carrying out all the stages of the work, including clearing up the mess on our property, and also that of the neighbours. They were courteous and respectful at all times. On completion of the work, Ritchie explained in detail exactly what had been done. Highly recommended.

A good company to deal with, kept us well informed of progress when planning the restoration of our roof. Brad and McKenzie did a great job clearing the moss and repairing the roof, where needed, and applying the coating. They cleared up after each day and took any debris off the roof away with them. We now have a roof that looks like new and the coating should keep it that way for a long time! Thank you Artisan, another satisfied customer.

My wife and i would like to say a sincere thankyou to Artisan coatings & Exteriors Team Rob and ollie for the past year, we have had the roof restored and coated has it was covered in unsightly moss and now looks like a new roof!. We also had new block paving to the front and treated the block paving drive renovated, all to a good standard by Phil and Andy and looks beautiful. Also had the brickwork treated and bricks that had lost there facings by Mark & brayden and final had new grey composite door by Martin, which looks fantastic. And not forgetting Angela for all her expertise and advice and professionalism. So a big thankyou to all the team who where hard working and polite and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to Artisan to anyone.

We have recently moved into a Bungalow and had work to do Fortunately we had a sales representative call to see if there was anything that Artisan Coatings could help with he was very comfortable about describing the company we agreed a price for our driveway to be completely dug up treated and relayed which was done in a most professional way and a wonderful job was done after seeing what a remarkable job was done by experienced work people who cause£ us no trouble at all we decided that our garage roof would be our next venture and Artisan again stepped up to offer a good fair price to complete the job again they corrected the defect in the roof completely stripped and restored it altering they way the drainage ran new gutters and the new style rubber finish not once did we have any regrets with work done by professional people no rubbish left on a remarkable roof would highly recommend the company for their professional work and great workers

Today Bradley and McKenzie have finished cleaning my roof and it looks amazing. So happy with how my roof looks after being prosessionally cleaned. The day Bradley and McKenzie came to my house they have been ever so friendly so so happy with the workers. Couldn't wish for nicer workers

Complete roof transformation, 27 plus years of moss blocking gutters all removed, roof treated and mess taken away. Great job by Bradley and Mackenzie, work overseen by Ollie himself. Work was stopped part way through while flat roofs were replaced and then completed yesterday. This company have a great workforce and come highly recommended.
