Excellent work. Professional at all times. Commercial work for a fit out of a new bar. Everything was completed to a high standard.

Absolutely beautiful bathroom refit from this company. We are so happy with the whole process from initial call out and planning to the finished product, Wayne and his team have been great. Polite, respectful of our home and very professional. The work was finished to a high standard, on time and budget with no fuss. They came when they said they would and did what they promised. We would totally recommend this company for any bathroom or plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend Artisan Heating & Plumbing enough ! These guys fitted a new boiler and several radiators for me. They are very professional, clean and at a competitive price. I would never use anybody else ! It 5 Stars from me.Highly recommended.

The team have completed numerous projects for us. Always competent and clean on site and a pleasure to work with. From basic plumbing installations to more complicated system set ups, the lads knowledge and enthusiasm is second to none!
A great team of plumbers to have on a private job or a commercial site.

I hired them to take a look at the clogged pipe in my basement shower. They told me they'd need some expensive special snake with a camera on it before they could give me a quote on the job. I paid them a few hundred to do so and the guy said they'd get me a quote soon based on what they found. A few days go by... nothing. I touch base. They tell me it will be done the next day. Next day... nothing. I touch base again the following week. More excuses and they say they will send it soon. Weeks go by. Nothing... I send another email. This one goes totally ignored. I call and the person seems confused. Tells me they'll look into it and get back to me asap. They did not. I email again and they tell me some guy named Mike has the quote and to give him a call. I call Mike. Mike sounds very confused and promises me he will send the quote as soon as he is finished with his current job. I never hear back from Mike either. I email them the next week asking for a refund on the expensive video snake since they were obviously never going to send me the quote I asked for and that was the whole purpose of getting the video snake in the first place. I bet you can guess what happened... no response. I emailed them one last time to express how disappointed in their service thinking that MAYBE they would at least apologize. Nope. GHOSTED. Took my money and then blew me off every single time I asked for a quote for the job. These amateurs are extremely unprofessional and not worth your time. Look elsewhere for a plumber, I know I will from now on. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. I literally feel like they just scammed me out of a few hundred dollars.

Artisan recently renovated my bathroom and installed a new boiler and they were great from start to finish. Never had any problems whatsoever and would highly recommend them, as their quality was top notch and they were very reliable and nothing was too much trouble for them, which is hard to find nowadays. I will definitely be using them again for any work I have.

Artisan have installed bathrooms in my property and serviced boilers and done maintenance and so on. They are the best and most efficient and trustworthy company by far. Wayne, the owner of the company, will call you when he says he will call you and come round when he says he will. Not many people like that nowadays. The lads he has working for him are hardworking and polite.

Wayne and his team are excellent. They installed a new Worcester combi boiler for me, putting a backing plate on the wall to support it, as my previous boiler was not attached safely. They were very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and clean. I had a problem with an old radiator valve blowing after going to a pressurised system, but Wayne dealt with it immediately. He also installed several new wall vanity units which my previous plumber said were too hard to do. The level of service and competitive price meant that I had no hesitation using them again, when installing a boiler for my son. 100% recommended.

Artisan, heating and plumbing recently installed a new Worcester combination, boiler and a number of radiators.

The work was part of a building project within my property, Their quality of work and attention to detail was excellent and I am extremely pleased with the work that the Artisan team have undertaken for me

Fantastic company would 100% recommend. Wayne and his team removed my 30 year old boiler and tanks and fitted a lovely new baxi combi boiler. Great lads very hardworking and cleaned up any mess after themselves (it's a big job so expect some mess) Very happy with the job done and reasonably priced too. Will be getting them back to service the boiler when it's needed.

When looking for a plumber/heating engineer for a house renovation our number one priority was having someone we could trust working in our home.
Wayne is a great lad, who we felt we could trust from initial phone contact right though to completing the work.
Great quality of work in fitting out new boiler and unvented system. On time, tidy, real care and quality in his work and overall just a great lad who you felt you could trust working in your home and completing a top quality job with no corners being cut.

Wayne and his team from Artisan were trustworthy, reliable and very knowledgeable on the works they carried out for us which was a full heating installation of boiler, radiators, pipework which they either chased into the walls or put under floorboards. They also carried out a full installation of a new bathroom comprising of toilet, sink unit, shower enclosure and freestanding bath. They were all professional and courteous and would thoroughly recommend them.
