It seems i am in the same boat as everyone else, wish id done some research before, i have made an order o the 11th march its now 27th april and i have messaged 3 times the first time 3 weeks ago they replied straight away saying its in transit and it should arrive this week but it never did i have emailed since but now they are not repling ... looks like a scam indeed! Dont use

Like other people who have reviewed this company I ordered on 9 March 2026 and haven’t received the order. Their website is down so that adds to the belief that they are a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order on 13 March...nothing! Followed up on 4th April and received a reply...so sorry your order will be dispatched this week! I have since sent 2 more emails and no response. I am so annoyed as I spent over A$100 in good faith - I think I have been scammed by this company! Do not buy from them.

I ordered months ago And haven't received anything I intent to write to Instagram and get then barred The company is FAKE

A total scam. Ordered on 14 March, still havent received my bread bags. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Contacted Artisan by email to ask where the bags are shipped from. Was informed Portugal. Ordered 1 bread bag on 31st March. Its now 26th April. 4 emails sent over the last 2 weeks asking about the shipment. Customer service will not reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.

I ordered their bread bags over 6 weeks ago they didn’t arrive, I sent an email asking where was my order. I was assured it would arrive within 3 working days. Since then I still have not received my bread bags and I have sent two more emails and have had no response to either. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m beginning to think this is a scam and not an actual business, take your money but don’t fulfill their orders.

Like so many previous reviews (which I should have checked before ordering) I ordered in February this year and have not received it. My first enquiry was answered with apologies and promised to despatch immediately, with express delivery. That was 24 days ago. And no response to the following emails. Not good enough!

At first I saw on the SHOP app so placed the order though I was placing order to the Lorraine bread beeswax bag my mistake, this site is an imposter site I actually blame the shop app,didn't receive order so I contacted customer service called first got message to email them at first sent few emails they answer you'll n one week then delay 2 weeks ,then it was lost placed special delivery, and nothing 2 weeks more email several times stoped completely answering from someone name Barbara,
I looked up trustpilot is the same scam, over again, don't trust any site with artisan on it all scams before ordering call phone number and get email contact to see where it's coming from if you dare,caution

Seems this is a sham company. Like a few others leaving reviews here, I've paid for bread bags and weeks later still got nothing. Wish I'd checked their reviews before ordering!

ordered in February, followed up in early April, was told it was coming and so far nothing and no reply to email requesting ETA and shipping information.

I ordered bread bags from them back in March and they put the wrong postcode on the parcel. I emailed them and they said they would send out a replacement. Two weeks passed and no package arrived so I emailed them again and they said they would send the bags out to me immediately. Nothing arrived so I emailed them again saying I wanted a refund no reply this time. They have just taken my money.

I ordered a waxed bread bag on February 20 th. After 1 month I asked where it was …they said that there was a delay and it was in transit due to be delivered in the next week.
It is now mid April and I would like my $59 back. Bought it based on an Instagram ad and feel like I have been scammed.
