Fantastic company
I'd been looking everywhere for the Balsamic we loved and couldn't find it anywhere. I found it here ordered on the 22nd Dec and it arrived on the 24th.
5* from start to finish.I would highly recommend to anyone.

Packaged . When I forgot to add an item to my order I contacted by email and as the order hadn’t gone out they added the two items for me and the Order still came ridiculously quickly.
The Mediterranean grilled peppers are so tasty, olive oil is great . I don’t hesitate to recommend this company def give them a try if you want good service and quality products.

Received 3 bottles of early harvest EVOO from Artisan Olive Oil in great condition. Very good quality oil at a reasonable price, even if prices for olive oil have become mouthwateringly expensive in recent years. They delivered quickly to the Highlands of Scotland, which many companies don’t offer, which is much appreciated.

The food from Artisan Olive Oil Company was delicious. Everything tasted really artisanal with good organic ingredients. This is my go-to when I want a taste of the Mediterranean in rainy London. The delivery service was very smooth, and the packaging was completely plastic-free, which I appreciated.

They have great customer service. When Royal Mail delivered my order to a completely different address, I contacted customer service and they sent another order out that afternoon with DHL. That arrived the following day on time. In mean time my previous order arrived as well. Artisan told me to keep both.
Wonderful gesture, quick response on emails to customer service, and wonderful olive oil products. I buy the extra virgin olive olive oil and they have been great tasting.
Will continue shopping with Artisan for my olive oil purchases.

After DHL failed to deliver my order amazing customer service sent replacement immediately. Moreover Artisan provided full refund. I'm more than happy to continue regular shopping at Artisan.
