Excellent service from start to finish, and the sporran looks fantastic. Highly recommended to anyone

We have recently purchased 3 sporrans from Artisans of Scotland. I cannot praise the team at AOS enough. From the Sporran Builder facility on their website, being able to create the sporran that you want, and to see it come together as each detail is added, to the fantastic customer service at every stage of the process. The finished items have totally blown us away. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them, and most likely will in the not too distant future.

Purchased a handmade brogue sporran for my upcoming wedding, and the detailing was simply immaculate, and matched my new brogue shoes, perfectly. For the price, it would have been useful if it had come in some cloth pouch for storage. Service at Artisans (Neil) also second to none).
I've subsequently purchased another leather item from the manufacturer's website of similarly high quality.
Thoroughly recommended without any reservations.

I can only echo the positive things that everybody else has so far had to say. Easy to deal with, great communication from the very beginning - even sending me photographs of example Sporrans to allow me to see them in a more natural light. Shipped to Switzerland within 7 days. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again - keep up the great customer service!

Ben from Arrisans made me 4 sporrans using a Springbok skin I had. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, sent me CG images of his great ideas and responded promptly to any questions I had. Seriously impressed with how they handled the whole process. I got the sporrans yesterday - they look brilliant!

It's beautiful! Exactly what I wanted. I don't like bright and shiny, although the trend is shiny metal for formal - so I wanted an elegant sporran but in pewter detailing without looking like I was going to wash the car in something casual. They did a gorgeous job, easy to visualize options online, you're supporting a craft, they communicated via email with any questions, suggestions, delivery.... totally professional. I am all about supporting small businesses and when you get an exceptional product, all the more reason to do so. Can't wait to wear it with my dress kilt this Fall. Bravo gang.

I couldn't find an 'off the peg' dress sporran that I liked having spent a considerable amount of time and energy trawling the internet. Just as I was about to give up I stumbled upon Artisans of Scotland. Here I had the option (not obligatory) to create my very own sporran using their template. How could I resist! The process is so easy to use. Watch your sporran materialize before your eyes as you build it piece by piece from selections you have made from the six boxes of component parts on your screen. Now here's the important bit. When Ben saw what I had asked for he made a couple of helpful suggestions without making me feel like an eejit. They were the kind of suggestions only a professional with years of experience under his sporran could have made. I was in good hands! I am totally happy with my purchase and I will be proud to wear it anytime I get half an opportunity. These guys get my vote - check them out.. you won't regret it!

I am absolutely delighted with the sporran's I ordered for my son's forthcoming wedding. We used the sporran builder to design them to match our kilt outfits. The images portrayed on the builder gave a reasonable representation of the finished article, I say reasonable because the sporrans were way beyond what I expected not only the look but the excellent quality. These are top of the range products.

I ordered a sporran for my nephew's college graduation and wanted the item to be authentic Scottish workmanship. The sporran exheaded my expectations! It is a beautifully made leather sporran and the workmanship is exemplary. I was especially impressed when Ben made suggestions for me to add our family crest and the recipients initials on the back. When the item arrived, it was sealed w a small card which stated the artists name who created it. A beautiful touch! I wish they had a showroom in Edinburgh as we are visiting this summer and would love to visit! Cathy

I recently got married and decided to wear a kilt to the ceremony. I was so pleased when i discovered Artisans of Scotland which makes well crafted handmade items. I ordered my sporran, kilt pin and belt buckle from them and Stuart delivered the order on time. Thank you for adding to my special memories of my wedding day.

Great idea and I enjoyed designing my very own Sporran. Made the impersonal internet suddenly a real experience. Superb range of possibilities and brilliant production by Scottish artisans. Highly recommended on every front. Easy to use site also.
