I never received my order and I was charged for it. And there was no way I could contact anyone. Service is terrible. Is there anyway I could actually get my money back or at leadt be sent what I ordered. Terrible company!

Deceptive advertisement
Deceptive advertisement. Got the 11in board and the chess squares barely fill the board maybe 6ins. Also the most the raw wood corners have been cut and sanded. Very disappointed
