Absolutely terrible - sent me the wrong product which was anyway really bad quality and 4 weeks on I'm still trying to get a refund and the issue resolved. The quality of the bracelet (that I hadn't ordered) was awful - it was bent on arrival anyway but even if it hadn't been it would have been embarrassing to gift as it was ap poor.
artistica has not delivered a package even though it has been paid for.
they do not respond to my request to solve the problem, not via the site and not via e-mail.

I see that an address is in Bulgaria and also an address in the US.
I would advise people in the Netherlands not to order anything from this company.

I had purchased several items for creating linocut prints. When my package came, there was no lino. Which is like drawing but not having paper. Instead of contacting me prior to shipping the package, they left a note on the invoice, saying the lino was out of stock. So I had everything else for the linocut, except the most important thing. Had I known, I would have ordered from another webshop where I could get all at once.
Now if that was the only problem, I wouldn't have been as annoyed as I am. But one of the spraypaints I bought was sent in a (very) wrong colour. So I contacted Artistica via mail, informing them about the problem. I had to write them several times before I finally got an answer - more than two weeks later! In the mail they just said that they'd figure out what went wrong. I didn't hear from them after that, so when A MONTH had passed, I told them that I wanted my money back. Now that's almost 4 weeks ago, and still I haven't got my money back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced - even with the Covid-19 taken in consideration.
