Excellent work and customer SERVICE when they fall short.
Three years ago, I bought a custom wrought iron product from Artistic Iron. It needed some minor followup work which was done instantly; it's like they were parked nearby, waiting for my call. Fast forward to recently. I'm two years out of warranty but had an issue that I thought they should address.
They not only addressed my issue but made an addition that I wanted to pay for but there was no charge, no muss, no fuss. Done. It's the difference between doing business with Lexus and another unnamed car company: Lexus has made good on some VERY expensive out-of-warranty work. With other manufacturers, one day out of warranty is one day out of luck. The moral: pay a few dollars extra now as an investment that could pay off in the future; it's worked for me many times and Artistic Iron is the most recent reason. After all, nobody's perfect.
