We've ordered from Artists & Objects on a couple of occasions. They have a stunning collection, a good range of prices and personal service. They're everything an independent store should be - our go-to for pieces at home and for gifts.

Adam has been the most responsive and enthusiastic in accommodating my request for two beautiful mugs to be shipped to California. He was quick to get back to me on the shipping costs and even refunded the difference when the shipping turned out to be a bit less. He shipped very quickly and took great care in packing them. The customer service is exceptional, thank you, Adam! If his business isn't thriving already, it will be very soon!

The items I bought are lovely. They were wrapped really well so that they were protected as breakable. The parcel was delivered whilst I was out and A&O emailed me to check I knew the parcel was at the sorting office which I thought was exceptional service. Would definitely order from A&O again.

Purchased a candle holder, the last available one, on the order I had forgotten to use the 10% discount first purchase code. Spoke to someone connected to the website who was so helpful and immediately sorted out a refund for the amount.
The item was delivered quickly and really well wrapped so arrived in perfect condition. A really lovely object and I am very pleased with it.

I bought a small sculpture by Lotti V Closs and am so pleased with the work. But also, the service was great. Queries answered immediately, extra photos sent to help me decide, and then the sculpture was delivered in person to my home. Obviously that depends a bit where you live but I was really impressed. A lovely shopping experience.
