Brilliant Company
I have bought 2 prints in total from ArtistsUK and they haven't let me down. Beautiful quality prints and well packaged.
I am worried though as I had many more purchases to do but it seems as though the website is gone and all traces of the company seemed to have vanished. If this is the case, I will be greatly disappointed as can't find anywhere else that sells unique prints like these guys did.
I have used artists.co.uk over the last few years, they are a great place to get prints from classic fantasy artists. Their website has been down for the last couple of months. Has the business stopped trading, or is this going to be temporary issue?
I ordered 4 prints for my daughter's nursery. I was blown away at the print/presentation upon receipt. The prints were gorgeous! The colors were much more lively and crisp in person. I can't quite explain it, but you will not be disappointed if you purchase from Artists UK! I live in the US and I was pleased with packaging and the care taken to ensure my prints arrived damage free. I contacted customer service for a quick question and received help immediately. I will definitely be back for future prints!

Important point : although artistsuk has nothing to do with it, the risks customs fees are present for european countries since brexit.

Excellent customer service, emails to make sure I got my tracking and when to contact if I didn't. Great attention to carefully protecting my art for shipment across the pond to Canada and it arrived faster than ordering something from the east coast of Canada to the west coast.

They did a great job! I got Ciruelo's "Fairies and Dragons " book cheaper then anywhere else. I loved that they included a Ciruelo poster, and a paper about him. Very well packaged and shipped quickly. ☆☆☆☆☆

I was thrilled just to find the print in the first place. Then it arrived quickly (in the US) in bulletproof packaging that included bonus matting. A great experience.

Thanks Mike. Very kind of you to review us. We have been shipping matted prints (which are rather fragile) all over the world for almost 30 years with extremely low levels of damage in transit although I doubt our packages are actually bulletproof so I would rather that wasn't tested :-)
I have bought several signed and framed prints from Artists UK and am rapidly running out of wall space, the quality of the framing, customer service and prints is second to none. Keith appears to go that extra mile and replies quickly to all enquiries. Artisits UK knocked it out of the park with my last order which I placed late as a Christmas gift from my Wife and didnt expect until Jan , this was dispatched the day after my order and has arrived today, well in advance of Christmas- Thank you:)

I reached out to Artist UK to purchase a Christmas gift for my wife this year. I live in the U.S. and time was short! In my correspondence with Keith, he did everything possible to make sure that I was not only aware of all of my options but to also assure me that he was doing everything on his end to make sure that my order was placed on the truck in time and would arrive in time for Christmas! He was friendly and responded promptly to each and every question I had and he even provided a bit of additional background information for me on the piece I purchased! This experience has been fantastic and I did receive the piece yesterday! It's absolutely beautiful and my wife will love it! Thank you so much for helping to make our holiday special!

I was happy enough with the delivery and price but customer service is abysmal. I contacted this company three times by phone, to arrange replacement of an item that was the wrong colour, and had no reply to my messages. Common courtesy would have been appreciated but this company obviously do not care about their customers. Do not expect anything good from ArtistsUK and do not use them.
