Artlogo: handwritten signature logos 

Can’t reach anyone and days passed the promise completion date. Very disappointing after reading all these comments, too. My logo was $89.

The quality of the service has gone very downhill lately, so I will not hire nor recommend Artlogo anymore.

My first experience in July was very positive - I got what I wanted within days - the communication was very smooth and fast, the quality of work matched the price. I have been recommending Artlogo ever since...

Until this Septmeber, when I decided to order another signature for my business. Again, I paid extra for the fast track VIP line with a promise of delivery in 3 days.

It took 2 weeks.

And no, it's not because of many revisions - I actually asked only for one small change. During that time I also expressed my high frustration with the automated impersonal communication and not getting what I asked for (fast service). I asked for a refund, which they denied, so I just accepted for what it is with a sarcastic 'Perfect' to stop wasting any more time with Artlogo. I have gotten over 20 emails from Artlogo since my order, mostly spam.

To sum it up - I do not recommend this company anymore. They take simply 4 days to even pass on your feedback to the person working on it. It almost feels like the company has been sold to a new unprofessional team or they hired a very cheap Customer Support company.

Also their website feels so scammy with no way to log in and see your orders and progress.

I got what I needed from Fiverr in one day and half the price.

The work was beautiful. I am excited to use their product both online and in Print media. Customer service was fast and very courteous

I have been wanting a nice signature logo for my personal brand and photography/ design business for quite a while. Artlogo.co definitely came through with the design that exceeded my desires. But even more so, fantastic service. My idea of “giving them a try” turned into a full blown fully developed package that will represent my brand.

If you are looking for a great signature from a company with excellent client services....THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GO WITH!

I have just received my signature logo which I asked them to do so I could use on my photos and it looks fantastic on them. The company were very easy to use and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get it done. If you are looking for your own logo this one is definitely one to look at.

I ordered a lot of things from Artlogo and it was by all a pleasant experience. The ordering is easy, they let you make 3 style choices, but you only get one style for review. I asked a question about that, and apparently, the calligrapher chooses the best style out of your 3 choices that would go well with your name. This I find a bit sad I would have loved to see an example in the other 2 styles. You can make changes until it fits your taste and purpose better. In the range of speed in replying, I tried to make contact three times and got an automatic respons Sometimes they don't reach their target goal of contacting you. But all minor things aside the signature is great, and the customer service is polite and helpful.
I most certainly can recommend Artlogo if you are looking for a good-looking signature or brand name.

The final Signature Logo was precisely what I wanted--elegant and clever. It took three versions to get it perfect, and the designer and sales rep were fantastic. The work was done quickly, they communicated with me regularly, and the price was absolutely fair. I couldn't be happier with the result.

I am beyond shocked seeing all of the positive reviews. It has been THIRTY BUSINESS days since my order was confirmed. I have had to have numerous iterations and all of them have been horrible. This company is NOT responsive at all. They take 2-4 business days depending on their mood to respond, then another 3-7 business days to actually provide their draft. They do not read emails or instructions. They do not understand basic English/basic instructions. The first iteration of my logo was beyond ridiculous. Most of their iterations have logos/icons that can be picked up from Canva or Google images; some had misspellings; some were bleeding out of the background. It has been a very disappointing experience to say the least. I have emailed several times about an escalation or a refund or speaking to a supervisor - but have received absolutely no response. It's one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and completely regret wasting my money (over £100) on this. If you are looking for something creative and bespoke - please AVOID.

Nov 2024 Update: I have been hounded by this company since end of September to update this review. After I wrote my review (above), they offered a 50% refund. They then continued to make mistakes (and take forever to respond) and offerred a full refund. I didn't get something decent until 20 September (which is completely ridiculous). I wasn't actually happy with it but confirmed because I was sick of continuing to deal with them (they were pretty incompetent) and I had already wasted a lot of time on it. I then had issues with the logo on their own business card template - that took another few weeks to resolve. I am still not able to print the cards but have pretty much given up. While I am using the logo - the email signature doesn't work well on Macs/iMail. The background on my LinkedIn is pretty basic - they didn't have many options. So overall - I'm still pretty dissatisfied. The only reason I'm even updating this review is because they have been hounding me since 20 September (since I accepted a logo) to update this review. I would not ever use them again. ARTLOGO - I would appreciate it if you stopped emailing me, contacting me, or messaging me. I've now updated this review, as requested.

The site was easy to use. The first attempt at my professional signature wasn’t quite right but I was able to explain the tweaks I wanted and they implemented them in a timely manner. I am very happy with the finished product.

Great experience with Art Logo. They delivered on exactly what I wanted. I will use them again in the future for my companies logo creation. Highly recommend.
