Artlogo: handwritten signature logos 

I was gifted a voucher for Artlogo and it was the perfect gift. I wanted a personalised signature watermark for my photos. Their website was easy to use as I browsed for a creative signature that expressed me. I also requested an angel design to be incorporated into my signature. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. The calligrapher was so talented and created a designed signature that fully expresses me, all within 5 days. Thank you Artlogo!

🔴 False Promises & Non-Delivery – I paid a premium for a signature logo that was never delivered as agreed. Despite multiple revisions, the final product was not what I requested and completely unusable.
🔴 Deliberate Stalling & Lack of Accountability – Artlogo took months to deliver subpar results while ignoring refund requests. Their so-called “customer support” is just an endless cycle of delays and avoidance.
🔴 Refusal to Honor Refunds – After failing to meet their obligations, they ignored my 50% refund request and continued stalling instead of providing a resolution.

📢 Potential Customers Beware! Do not trust Artlogo with your business unless you are comfortable with wasted time, frustration, and lost money.

If Artlogo values its reputation, they should publicly respond and refund my payment immediately. Otherwise, I will continue exposing their dishonest business practices to protect future customers from the same scam-like experience.

Final Verdict: Unprofessional, deceptive, and completely unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I have had several logos done for me over the span of my photography career, but the Signature Logo I received from Artlogo was the most elegant and beautiful design I have ever had! I am so proud to display my signature along with a lotus blossom that the graphic designer created just for me. I was pleased with the art addition but assumed when I clicked “signature” then “add art” that I was paying for one regular signature and one with art added. This, plus the email chain, was a bit confusing. Overall it was a great signature and I’m excited to use it.
