Asked for a slight change in order in having the design on the front of the t-shirt insta was if back and customer service was fantastic.

The service was great and quality of the product is excellent, however the quality of the printing on the product is not great which is a real shame as everything else is top notch. If they straighten this out these clothes would be amazing.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the feedback.
As per our responses to you on Instagram;
We both own several pairs of the tracksuit bottoms and joggers being referenced and we don't agree about the look or the quality of the of the print.
We do accept this is obviously something that is subjective and you are obviously entitled to your opinion.
As some context, we use the most expensive DTF screen print heat transfer on the market and have no plans to change (as we like them and so do many others!).
What we would like to stress for anyone reading. is that despite the fact we don't agree with Rob about the look or the quality of the print (we do on the garments).
We offered Rob a full refund and asked if he wanted to send them back, at our expense, and extended this offer even if they were worn.
This is something we would always do for anyone who is not totally happy with anything they receive....for any reason.
The last thing we want is for people to be unsatisfied with anything we send and as such we offer free no quibble returns.
For whatever reason however, in this instance Rob has not opted to take us up on the offer and instead left this review.
For balance, we have received lots of other positive feedback about the print on trackies/joggers.. So we stand behind the look and quality of the prints (as do many other reviews).
We do not want to appear churlish by leaving this response. Everyone is entitled to an option.
However we wanted to offer up our thoughts to anyone reading who might be on the fence about us and our brand as a result of Rob's feedback. Especially as we offered a full refund.

Top quality, top design
i have had my 4 shirts for months on month now, have used them for training, for going out with (they're good looking shirts!), and they've gone through sweat and a billion washes, and they *still* look brand new and are just as comfortable.

I am never disappointed with the quality of these garments they feel fantastic, wash up great and the prints still look fresh.
I have ordered tops for me, caps for my husband and multiple kids T-shirts and jumpers.
Whenever I have messaged the guys they have been super accommodating to print adult designs onto kids t-shirts for my son, nephew and niece. The kids love the designs as much as us adults. Keep up the great work guys. 🌟🐉
