They are thieves. They deducted money from my account and signed me up for a subscription without my concent. I have been emailing them since the day it came out of my account and 2 months later i still havent recieved a refund. Dont use this app.

Beware! Absolute scam! I used this AI to generate a video and paid a tiny €0.10. Thinking I’d experiment a little more, I was shocked when €49.90 was charged the very next day without warning! I requested a refund and was forced to hand over every single detail of what I did, as if I were under interrogation. To make matters worse, my ability to create more videos was immediately blocked. It’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t received a refund. This is completely unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. Avoid this service at all costs—do not trust them with your money!

I tried to use artsnap to generate a happy birthday video. It charged me 10 cents, which I paid and then was denied the posibitly of generating the video. I lost 10 cents. That’s okay.
Today they tried to charge me 49.90€!!!!
For what??? FRAUD

Very good value but had to chase for delivery. Overall, really impressed but a receipt as provenance would be nice, even if not directly from seller.

I thought the postal charge was excessive tbh , l worked and managed in the postal service in the private sector and the Royal Mail for 25yrs , so l struggle to understand how you charged £30 for my item to be delivered to me , l will think twice about using your company again
