Great stay, lovely host that I could contact and speak to easily. Will definitely be booking with them again, I don’t stay in Airbnb’s often but whenever I do i always book with them.

On arrival, the property was clean and immaculate. I stayed with my wife and two children. The linen was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen had all the utensils to cook a meal and we all was able to sit together at the dining table. We were also provided with body wash , shampoo and conditioner which smell amazing. I would definitely be coming back again and will recommend this to my friends and family.

We felt so at ease and thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. The bright sunny rooms with a beautiful balcony, 220 bus stop at the footstep and 10 minutes to Shepherds Bush, what else does a guest need. Your kindness and care are truly appreciated, and we’d happily recommend your place to others. We hope to return soon for another wonderful experience.

Brandon is an amazing host and this is a great place to stay. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of central London and relax in a really nice, contemporary style apartment, this is a great place.

I regret to say that my stay at this property was extremely disappointing. On the first night, we discovered bed bugs in the bedroom, which was an absolutely unacceptable and distressing experience. Despite contacting the host immediately, we didn’t receive a response until the following morning.

The host sent cleaners to change the bedding, but this didn’t feel like an adequate solution for such a serious issue. Bed bugs cannot simply be dealt with by changing sheets, so we didn’t feel safe using the bedroom for the remainder of our stay.

This experience completely overshadowed our trip, and I would strongly urge the host to take more thorough measures to address the problem. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on the lack of prompt action and the insufficient resolution.

Loved this ap in canary warf very nice and clean and the host was super responsive very quick to answer questions or help. Defo would come again

Stay was great, host responsive, everything easy, well located, cozy, overall great. Apt is suited for 4 people though, for 5 it's a bit tight and has not a fifth seating at the table.

The apartment was lovely, we were there to visit our children and needed a place that would allow us to all spend time together and have an early Christmas dinner together. Kitchen great, appliances all fit for purpose, bedrooms comfy and cozy and ease of checking in and out was appreciated. Security on front desk at all times made it feel very safe. Thanks for a great experience 😊

Avoid this serviced apartment at all costs.
From the start, it was a disaster. I was stuck outside the gate for 30+ minutes because there was no receptionist. When I finally got in, the apartment was filthy and not ready, the cleaning lady had just been called. I had to vacuum myself after a long flight.
The sheets were disgustingly dirty, with two large bedbugs in the bed. I couldn’t sleep in the room and spent three nights on the couch, which I had to cover with a new sheet to make it usable.
The view? A graveyard. The kitchen? Too small to cook for four guests and had dirty utensils. The Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day, and the host was completely unresponsive.
This apartment is a nightmare. Dirty, infested, and poorly managed. 0/10, do not stay here.
