I ordered back in December 2020 it’s been almost a year. After dozens of emails I’ve received nothing. Not a response, not a refund, nothing. I spent almost $100. I should of read the reviews first. Absolutely don’t but firm them they are a total scam.

This company is a scam!
I ordered in November of 2020, they sent a proof and then completely stopped communicating. They took the money and never delivered. I am now in a Facebook group filled with hundreds of people who have been scammed by this company.

Arttly is a joke
Same thing that happened to others happened to me. I ordered in November of 2020. Got one proof sent to me then nothing. I disputed the transaction with my bank so I was able to get reimbursed. I recommend that to others who have ordered from this scam.

I ordered back in December of 2020 and now we are in May of 2021 and I haven’t gotten anything .was supposed to be a gift a Christmas gift and yeah that’s not happening . Wrote to the business of bureau and haven’t even heard from them either. Tried contacting Arttly severely times about my order and not replies what so ever . I was really looking forward to that painting but I’ll be waiting for ever . Total scam for sure and not a legit company cause they would have replied quickly and not even a contact number to call. Don’t order from arttly they are horrible and lie . And quick to take your money , by now they should have sent me my painting it’s not backed up with Holiday orders it’s May 2021 . I repeat they are a scam and horrible , they don’t even deserve 1 star!

I ordered on December 4th and they responded quickly with my proof. Since then, nothing.

AWFUL. They stole over $100 from me and I never got my print. They sent me proofs that looked nothing like what they advertised and I had to ask multiple times for them to change it. After a few times, they stopped responding. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they haven't responded to them either. They still haven't refunded me, even after emailing multiple times.

I ordered 2 peekaboo canvas prints and 2 throw pillows from Arttly...HUGE mistake. Arttly was very responsive with their proofs but that's about it. I did receive one print while I kept getting proofs for the second print. I continued to approve it but they continued to send me proofs. I sent several request for someone at the company to call me. Never did I receive a call and ultimately all communication ceased. I never received my second print, nor did I receive my throw pillows. BTW, these were Christmas gifts. I did a search and it appears that this is a common business tactic for them. There is even a Facebook group created with members that have all been duped by Artlly. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

Looks like I'm not the only one to be scammed by them. I ordered on Dec. 14, received a proof, and now 4 months later, I've only heard from them once, and still have no print.

Messaged them, they responded and even gave me a proof of my print, messaged them again requesting info on where my picture was and they have ignored me it’s been 3 months and no picture but they took my money no problem!! So upset!! Karma is a b****

TOTAL SCAM! They took my money and never delivered. I requested a refund over three months ago and still haven’t gotten it. There is no number to call and even the BBB couldn’t help. It’s a complete scam.

I ordered from here around Dec 13. They took my $75 and never delivered my print. They communicated with me twice, even sending a proof for me to approve, and then never replied again. They now have numerous complaints at BBB for doing the same to others. This Website is a scam. Do not give them your money.
