Misleading article descriptions
The items are okay, but please be aware that their descriptions are absolutely misleading. It says "Book plus paint and paintbrush per item", but it is indeed paint and paintbrush per order. As they also add "free gifts" to your order it's easy to think you'll receive x amount of books, x amount of paint and x amount of brush PLUS the free gift with extra paint and brush, but no. It's one set of paint + brush per order. Absolutely misleading and customer care is not ready to help with this at all, the misleading description on the site is still up. I would not order again.

I was looking so forward to receiving my package. I was planning to start the new year with this new hobby. Unfortunately, I never got my package. I received notice that it had been delivered but when I went to the door there was nothing there. 🥲😟

I feel that the quality of these books is equal to the more expensive versions.
The color samples and the pre-drawn pictures are good quality and equal to the more expensive books while being offered for a better price individually as well as the special bundled offers.

Very enjoyable
I enjoy doing it with my 91 year old friend very much. . I thought the 2 books came with 2 paint boxes but I read it incorrectly. 2 books with one paint set.
Problems:-1.only one book arrived to start with. Then eventually 2nd book and paints.
2. Only part of the address was written- so had to scout around for my parcel. The 2nd parcel was left in a different location -but I found it. The couriers are dreadful.

Beware.
Delivery took almost a month and half my order was missing. Poor customer service and Artvibe are disputing the order. Complete waste of money, the website must breach trade descriptions, you don't receive what you've ordered!

One Paintbrush and Paint *Per Order*
This company has a very misleading website. It says each book comes with the paint and paintbrush to do that book. However, if you order more than one book you still only get one paint brush/paint combo. It's one paintbrush and paint *per order*. If you order more books and it says it comes with Set of 12 Colors + Brush x 1
BIGGER BUNDLE, BIGGER GIFT that is the *only* paint you're getting. The books did arrive, but it feels like 1/2 my order is missing since on my order it says the book comes with paint and a paintbrush and then doesn't. I will not be a repeat customer.
