Artwisher is a scam site that rips off photographers work

ArtWisher is illegally selling prints of over 50 of my images including one of ME! And far from trying to hide the fact that the images are mine, they are using "Ziegelmeyer Photography" in the description.

These uses are all completely illegal.

Takedowns have been issued to their webhost for removal of these images.

Artwishers is a total scam do not buy from this website. They don’t respond back to you at all and the email they send you with links to check your status of the package don’t work. So don’t buy anything from this scam.

SCAM!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

I ordered 3 jumpsuits from a Facebook advertisement (MailShop Online) on April 17. On April 24, I received a Shipment Status Update with a non-working link to a Tracking Number and a non-working link to Check Order Detail. Each Jumpsuit was listed at 34.99 (total of 104.97 minus 8.40 free shipping, making my total paid 96.57.  On May 10, I emailed the company requesting a shipping update for two items that were not included in the package a received. I received ONE black jumpsuit. The item was without a tag/SKU number or label. The company emailed me back indicating the following:

Before providing you with a solution, please provide the relevant information as required below.
1. A picture that clearly shows all products received.
2. A clear picture with the tracking number to confirm if this is the parcel we sent.
3. A clear picture with the SKU number shown under the bar code on the package.

I complied, but had since thrown away the packaging, not anticipating needing it. There is no label on the garment.  I emailed and explained this. I received this as their reply:
"Please understand that If you can't provide the pictures of the package which include the tracking number to us, we cannot confirm the pacakge is from our company, it is very important to us. Thank you for your understanding."

I have since emailed requesting them to issue a refund of nearly $65 or for them to send me the missing garments to fulfill my order. They refuse. Here are their most recent emails--they REFUSE to provide me my refund, in full, or to send the missing items I paid for.:
1) We verified and found that the package we sent you is with a complete item of your order. In terms of our return policy, it's out of the compensatory range when the parcel is complete and in good condition. We're sorry and sincerely hope to get your understanding.
2) To show our sincere apology, we have checked with our manager and are willing to refund you 19.31 USD of the product to solve this problem. Meanwhile, you can still keep the product. In fact, we do not have much profit on this product so we truly hope you can accept the offer and wish your forgiveness for any inconvenience.
4) Delivery of my email was incomplete to them: "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect."
5) We're sorry this has happened to you.

My name is Melody and I am the Senior Customer Service Specialist. Before everything gets escalated, we hope to get a chance from you for communicating.

We totally understand your feeling, and hope you can take a moment to read the following content. As we care much about our customer's shopping experience and to show our sincere apology, we have checked with our manager and would like to offer you two special solutions as follow:

Option 1: Partial refund to your original account.
Keep the item or give it to someone in need, and then we will refund 38 USD to your original account as fast as we can. Hope you can accept it and will not get on this matter further. Please note that this is an exception that we can offer you now. Generally speaking, all the items must be returned to be eligible for compensation.

Option 2: Return the item to us for a full refund.
We will provide you the correct return address. Once we receive the parcel we will arrange a full refund (96.57 USD) to your original account. Kindly note that any return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Before making your decision, the detail price please contact the local logistics company.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Melody
Customer Service Center

Of note: they will not provide the return shipping address unless requested and can deny a refund. I would also have to pay for shipping to return the garment in order to get a full refund.

Poor quality sewing

The clothing received was sewn in very poor quality and cheap fabric - very tacky. I gave my items straight to the op-shop. There was also a delay in receiving the goods - and I could only get to speak to a bot.

Flushing Money Down Toilet is Easier and More Satisfying

Bad quality, unreliable, evasive and untrustworthy. Order at your own risk.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.

On 21/3/22, I unfortunately stumbled across this website where some of the artistic shirts and accessories appealed to me so I placed an order for USD164.92 which comprised of 5 shirts, earrings and a Van Gogh umbrella.

Despite the claim of products being made in Latvia, I, 100% had no issue even if they weren't, so I thought I'd give it a go because I liked the look of the products.

I waited for about half a month before I received my packet on 7/4/22. Although it appeared that 5 shirts, 1 pair of earrings and 1 umbrella were squashed tightly into a plastic A4 sized delivery envelope, I was extremely excited to receive the parcel.

Due to ordering online and the potential of need to return or exchange, I opened without delay to have a look. The first thing I took out was the umbrella which felt heavy and I thought would be sturdy.
When I took the umbrella out, I found that the finial of the umbrella (the tip) had already broken off and wasn't even attached.

I then proceeded to look at the shirts and then on taking them out of their packets and feeling the material, the words that crossed my mind were..."cheap and nasty". There was no way the fabrics used for those shirts were what was described on their website. Of the 2 shirts I wanted to send back, the neckline of one was a little tight and the other was way too low cut. The earrings were a lot larger than I expected as measurements were not provided and the umbrella was just basically broken and even though I wanted to, there was no point in exchange for another which might have been broken as well.

I approached and emailed Artwishers on 7/4/22 which was the day I received and opened the parcel. Their response to me was on the same day where in order to deter me from returning the items and seeking a refund, they offered me a 15% coupon. As I had already browsed the website and chose the items I liked, it was pretty pointless in my opinion to accept this and pay more postage for items which might end up being unsuitable and needing return as well, so I advised them.

On 8/4/22, they gave me the return address as
5th Floor, Building B,
Jiajun Industrial Park, Yiheng Road
Baiyun District, Guangzhou City
Guangdong Province, China
Zipcode 510000
Contact: Jialekuajing

These items were returned on 9/4/22 with tracking and parcel insurance. This was confirmed with them on 11/4/22 and tracking number was provided.

Imagine my disgust when I received the parcel back in my mailbox today 21/10/22 (6.5 months later) with indication that the parcel wasn't even accepted when it arrived!!!!😡

Right now, I am feeling so ashamed to be a descendant from Chinese heritage seeing people like this resort to these sort of tactics to generate income and it's no wonder there are so many people that do not want to deal with them.

Lucky for them they've been able to scam an amount off me, but unfortunately for anyone else which I may have purchased from in the future, it's not going to happen again.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!
Do not waste your time or money.
Unsatisfactory on EVERY LEVEL.
Very poor quality and very poor and slow communication.
They are in Hong Kong and use THAT as their excuse for for everything that they are doing poorly.
Not even worth going through the hoops of returning the item.
Save your money and frustration.
Sincerely,
J. Toman

Unfortunately I can NOT be happy with Artwishers. It has been many months of emails going back and forth in English and Chinese. I do like the dress and have found the Large is not measuring up to the measurement stated on their website. I sent a photo showing this and still the email said you ordered L and that is what we sent. I have requested they resend the dress to me in XL. I have ordered online from a few other Chinese based dress companies and found L was always plenty big enough with that fabric. Their measurements are wrong and they should compensate me for that. Originally they said here is a voucher giving me a small discount only, just order another one, but I am still way out of pocket. Not good enough.

Buyer beware

this site is operated by Lettymar Limited: 1st Floor, 81-83 Grivas Digenis Avenue, Nicosia, 1090, Cyprus.
I followed a FB advert and found some interesting clothing designs and made a purchase for €122.
The website states - "At artwishers, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. "Their ‘about' page on Facebook states
"We only have one goal: To give you, dear shopping lovers, the smoothest and the best experience online.”
I am attempting to return some of the clothing which does not fit
Far from being 'is as easy as 1-2-3’ thereturns policy is proving to be particularly arduous, with numerous email stages before I have even been given a return address.
They keep telling me all returns needing to be sent to China and are therefore expensive and so would I accept a 10% discount on my next order rather than a return and refund, however
It states on their website that
"All of our pieces are ethically made in Latvia”
And that
"We do everything we can to reduce the environmental impact of our company, our partners and our customers."
How come if all their pieces are made by small suppliers in Latvia, they would then be shipped to China and then shipped to customers from China ...in an effort to reduce environmental impact?
It also states on the website that
"For us creating ethical items bring the sense of community and it is like quite protest against mass produced goods”
So it does not fit that things would be made in China and yet having to be shipped back to China suggests they are indeed mass produced.
I do not have confidence that this is an ethical company at all.
Searching on the internet I find they are owned by 'Lettymar Limited' based in Cyprus; and the internet does indeed have warnings of other companies owned by Lettymar with similarly impossible returns policies and poor quality product.
I have now had 5 lots of correspondence with them receiving the following reply
"Thank you for your picture and specific return reason. We have submitted your return application to relevant departments for further review and inspection. Since the application review process is relatively long and cumbersome, please be patient. In order to save your time, please contact with us after 5-7 days. Wish you have a nice day."
and
"Thanks for getting in touch with us.
All returns need to be returned to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.
Due to high shipping fee and long transportation, will you consider a 10% coupon and keep the items or send it to your friends?
Kind regards,"
Still no return form but after writing most days for a fortnight and them offering me discounts on my next order and me telling them there won't be a next order I get this:-
"Dear customer,
ok, we will send you a return address. You can just return your order to the address we offer. If you fill in the wrong address or send it to the wrong address, we will not be responsible! When we receive the goods, we will check whether the goods meet our return and refund requirements. If there is no problem. We will refund you the full amount except for the transportation cost. pls reconfirm it, thank you very much!
Our delivery address is: 501, Building B, No. 4, Helong Yiheng Road, Hebian, Helong Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, Tel: 020-31477817, Contact: Jialekuajing
pls provide me the tracking number after you send it.
wish you a happy life!
pls note that we will not be responsible for the taxes and customs fees incurred in the logistics process.
We will only start the refund process after the logistics information shows delivery.
Sorry for the inconvenience."
I Have written back
"Dear Artwishers Support
This is not acceptable.
According to Google this address does not exist.
Please fulfil your obligations according to the statements in your advertising and on your website.
"At artwishers, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied"
You also state that your brand boasts sustainable practices and that your goods are all made in Latvia by small craft businesses and not mass produced and that you do everything you can to reduce the environmental impact of your company, your partners and your customers
You are not living up to this nor to the statement that if a customer is not 100% satisfied you will give them a full refund.
Please send me a proper return form with an address that does exist, not some fabricated address in China. Please also refund me the full amount.
This company is grifting!

BUYER BEWARE!

There are no labels or washing instructions sewn on clothing. The materials are flimsy and cheap. The sizing is off. I ordered 3 items in size Large. One top was maybe a child's L. The dress was an XL. The 3rd item was true to size. I was told by my post office that returning it (to China) would cost over CDN$70! Don't order from this company!

Poor returns service

I ordered 5 items. None were good on so I asked to return them. Several times the return emails offered, 10, 20 then 40% of the value in coupons and asked me to keep the items. Each time I explained that I did not want the items or the discount vouchers as I would not be shopping with them again. Now they are not responding. Do not buy from this company. They are not to be trusted.

Not Recommended

Very bad experience with this company and will never use again. Item did not match description so requested a return and refund. Was offered to keep item with discount on future purchases but I declined this as I don't ever want to use them again. They agreed a partial refund which never came, instead I received a lot of empty promises and reassuring words which came to nothing.

It's a scam, please avoid

They claim to sell clothing from small shops in Latvia. Actually they ship generic Chinese products from China. Same items can be found in Chinese shops with image search. The materials are awful and don't match the descriptions. Trying to return the items, I have for 12 days tried to get the return address. Instead they try to offer increasing percentage discount coupons if I don't return the itrm. They did say that the return address is in China, and return process is slow. The return shipping cost is on me, like stated on the page, but shipping to China is about 4 times more expensive than to Latvia where they claim to operate.
