Over the moon!
I am absolutely over the moon with my order, and Rachel is absolutely fantastic. Rachel went above and beyond for me with my order, and it honestly means a lot to me.
A few years back, a friend of mine bought me the Gromit frame. Wallace and Gromit (anything Aardman, really!) holds a special place in my heart as it always reminds me of my Grandad, as it was something we both enjoyed. I remember watching them with him from being young up until he passed away.
Anyway, the frame held my favourite photo of me and my grandad up until I knocked it by mistake and it broke. I checked the website and saw it was out of stock. I decided to take the chance and drop Rachel a message to find out if it would be back in stock.
Rachel was an absolute gem and took the time to check if another could be made, as the frame had been decommissioned. I was in luck! Rachel helped me in securing a replacement.
Rachel kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
The final result is fantastic. You can tell they are made with love and care.
Rachel, thank you again for your kindness and care with this. I am so grateful! I cannot wait to get them painted and on display!

This is the only business who sold what I wanted - a paint your own chicken. It's for a friend who loves chickens. Great website, great products, item was carefully packed and sent promptly.
