My prints arrived and were a different colour than advertised on the website. I notified the company straight away and received an email from Lucy on 4th December 2025 apologising for the error and that she would get new prints sent out. I’ve not heard a thing since!! I’ve returned the faulty prints at my own cost and can see they have been delivered from the tracking I used and still no contact. I am hoping I receive a full refund along with my postage costs but not holding out much hope. A previous order with the company was fine with no issues but feel really let down on this occasion due to false promises and lack of contact. Doubt I will receive my money back so just be mindful of this if you receive an incorrect item.

After we had some initial issues, Alison has sorted them out promptly. The two sets of 3 prints are exactly as required. Thank you Alison for a first class service.

Received my 3 framed pieces yesterday. They are absolutely fabulous just what I was looking for. Cannot wait to put them up. Delivary, I was shocked super super quick, well protected packaging. Will be telling friends and family about Artze. Will definately be using them again for sure. Their choice of art pieces is also fabulous something for everyone.

Didn't have the size I required so emailed artze and they made the size available. Fantastic quality prints and great customer service.

I have ordered prints and they came in the post yesterday. Absolutely stunning prints and they were beautifully packed with care. They will look perfect in my home. Can only recommend this site. Quick delivery, also ☺️

Prints were sent that were totally the incorrect colours as advertised but more importantly - they didn't reply to any of my emails?

Bought a set of three city skylines. Impressed with everything, the product quality, packaging, delivery and communication. Will certainly buy again.

We recently purchased the blue and gold abstract set of 3, with the black frames. We spent a long time deliberating on what would best suit the sape that we are trying to fill - we have a big space above the sofa in our lounge and had a few option on our list but now we have these we are really pleased. The quality of the prints was very pleasing and the frames look very well made so i think they'll last well. Would happily recommend to others.

I received and hung my 3 pictures yesterday, I love the designs and they look good. BUT. The quality for the price is terrible, cheap frames, cheap backing . I would say they are worth half what I paid even with the discount I used.
All singing all dancing web site and follow up e mails with discounts to lure you in.
I should have read reviews before I purchased.

Received 3 print in gold frames, paid £208 quid 10 day ago. The quality is extremely poor, the hanging hooks are not fitted consistently so if you Put 3 level screws in the wall, they won't be level. The frames are bent and twisted so they don't sit flush on the wall and makes them look even more uneven. As I has to wait more than 2 days for someone to come fit them, it took me over the 48hrs to report any damages, do I'm stuck with these now and over £200 down. Would not use this company again.

I've now ordered and received 9 prints from Artze Wall Art.
I love them and will be purchasing more to brighten up the plain white walls in my new-build house.

Arrived well packaged and on time, but very disappointed with the quality. Frames are very flimsy and cheap and the quality of the prints also looks cheap. I ordered frames as I wanted something better than IKEA, sadly these are not even as good.
Very expensive and not worth it, won't be using Artze again.

Such garbage print quality- pixellated / low resolution on average paper, honestly the gold parts are embarrassing and the marble veining looks so fake and jagged.

Should be theft to charge so much for this!

Lovely pictures but definitely overpriced for the quality. £116 for three prints that look like they were printed at home and put in cheap frames. These do not look as opulent and expensive as in the photos online. Far too expensive to return so will keep but won’t buy anything else from Artze.

Prompt delivery, they packaged it carefully and very well wrapped.
The print and frame were also put together upon delivery.
Great value and a huge variety to choose from.
