The washers I needed were of an unusual size, and I'd been failing for ages to find them, with purchases repeatedly not being right, whatever the description on the website. My order from Arun was tiny (embarrassingly so, to be honest), but it arrived promptly and it was clear a lot of care had been taken with the packaging. And they were exactly the right size.
