Ordered last Saturday no tracking or shipped details! Took £120 within seconds but haven’t knowledged any of my emails or insta/Facebook messages! Haven’t updated the socials since feb 2023! Assuming this is a scam website and a complete liberty! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with online! Awful customer service! Actual review is zero stars

I wouldn’t trust a single review two stars or above. This company that spouts about being ethical and sustainable are simply atrocious when it comes to their ‘business’ dealings with the honest, hard working people lining their fat pockets. Why do they have fat pockets you ask? Simple. They sell you absolute garbage from a limited range of garbage and in their small print (right at the end) they sneakily state how anything you return that was a sale good is not eligible for a refund. Their ‘sales’ are ALWAYS on and EVERYTHING is on sale. If you’re lucky enough to get them to acknowledge one email and get an exchange or gift voucher then realise that you’re just exchanging for more garbage or a gift voucher to buy garbage. If you make it this far, congratulations because anything after this, whether trying to exchange your exchange or return something to get your gift voucher back then you will simply be ignored. I highly recommend you AVOID this company at all costs. They are the lowest of the low and they are laughing like hyenas whilst taking your money with no intention of giving it back. Hell they’re probably not even planting the tree that they are so pleased to announce with every order. Walk away, at all costs, and you can thank me later. Worst company of all time with total disdain for their customers who they treat like their stock, GARBAGE.

Useless. Ordered an outfit 2 weeks ago and still not received anything. Contacted Aryha through email, Instagram & Facebook and not had a reply on any!!

Horrible customer service, they are scammers. Placed an order since January, this is almost June and nothing yet. Definitely do not recommend. Wish I could give a lower score

My order still hasn’t arrived got told it had been delayed with no real reason and now still hasn’t turned up

Still not had my order and I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund it’s all a con !!!!

Customer service is very poor. Got some stuffs which aren't my size. Wrote the customer support and no response for over 4 days.

I was sent the wrong size of the item and was asked to pay for the return myself. I asked for a prepaid label and they refused. I have not heard back from them ever since, after many emails. I gave up and will not buy there again. AVOID!

Ordered an item over 2weeks ago , still haven't received the item- I have tried to contact them with no success on numerous occasions by email . Unfortunately I can't find a telephone number so Unfortunately I would suggest to stay away from this company thankfully it wasn't a great sum of money if it turns out I been robbed .
