Not again for me

Have just made a very big change to my hair by colouring it.
Disappointment is the least I can say, I have made a mistake by going there. There was potentially a communication problem. But it also feels that there was not enough thought behind what colour will fit best my natural color. I got myself a really horrendous hair..

The cutting technique used was also not the best, once I washed my hair at home it just looks as it is cut with an axe, I really have seen better.

Cannot wait to make another appointment in another place to repair the damage.
