Very professional & in end had to deal with a difficult situation at a family funeral. Managed in a way that it did not disturb the funeral. It is clear that they adopt a postive approach of de escalating the situation . Very happy with Ali - also discrete & blended in with no uniform or any outwardly signs that he was a security guard .
