Paid and confirmed a porta potty and outside sink. Never got the sink. I called & called. No one ever called me back. Had to rush out for handiwipes at last minute but embarrassed my guests had no soap and water. That was 6 days ago and no one contacted me about a refund. When I called they said it was coming but I said I wanted more and no one was available to talk about it.

WORST customer service EVER
I will first start off by saying that Kristina Hatcher is about the ONLY employee there that cares and therefore gave GREAT customer service. I wish I could say that about the rest of the company. We used ASAP for porta potty rentals when we did work on the Oregon Coast as everyone else we tried were booked out weeks. Never once was I told that this company was a "Broker" and would outsource our needs. We found this out when they kept trying to change the pricing, delivery dates, missed pickups, etc. No one could get their stories straight about why the extra charges but we were kinda stuck. Two of our jobs were literally 20 minutes apart from one another and 2 days before the second job was supposed to start, they called and said that the price for 1 porta potty for 3 days jumped from $282 to $1300. Who in their right mind would pay that exuberant amount? Funny that they told us that is what United Site Service was charging but when I called USS directly, they were able to get us one for lower than what ASAP quoted. WTH!! They missed pickups leaving the homeowners with porta potties in front of there houses for up to a week or more until we had to threaten them that WE would go ahead and remove them ourselves. The communication with this company is worse than terrible!!! I would rather my guys pee in a bucket than to EVER use this company again.

Extra amounts were charged without transparency and contradict the original terms of the agreement. It took hours to get hold of somebody who essentially could explain not explain the charges and did not want to make an attempt to find out or reactify the situation

Call center info not same as local facility
The service over the phone to set up service was good but it was not from a local provider. The phone agent gave me a price and date for drop off. Later that day I received a call from the local facility and they told me it would be delivered 2 days later than what I was told at first and they also said I had to pay over $100 more for cleaning which I thought was part of the initial rental. Other than those issues the unit was delivered and set where it was needed.
