He made my entire travel process easy and stress-free. The booking was smooth, the fares were competitive, and all important information was shared on time.

I felt a human emotion, and it’s not a robotic thing

They take advantage of people, biggest scammers. I looked up their address and they don’t even have an office with that name at that location, just restaurants and stores , you can look it up yourself and see what kind. My mom called this number because they advertise it online like it’s the airlines number, they didn’t even tell her that her reservation wasn’t made with them originally. Proceeded to tell her , her reservation wasn’t made in the first place (which she already had confirmation for) because a tax wasn’t paid. When he tried to collect the taxes which was an additional $600 it didn’t go through so he made her a whole new reservation and charged her in 2 payments. One payment was the actual airline payment and he charged her an additional $600. When my mom started questioning why they would charge her that amount again being that all taxes and baggage were paid for we called the actual airline and they had no record of where those $600 were. When we called this man again he then said his system doesn’t allow him to take payments bigger than $2000 that’s why he made 2 separate charges. Which is weird because why wouldn’t he charge the $1999 and then the rest? Why charge the actual price and then an additional $600? When I kept questioning him he finally said that they buy a bunch of seats from the airline and sell them. When I looked at the invoice he sent ( which is completely different from the one the actual airline shows) they charged more for airport fees, taxes, and base fare hiding as actual fees to collect their money, which he kept denying to the end that the agency collected that money. While at the same time saying that they buy seats and resell them at a higher price. He also told my mom not to talk to anyone , that if there was an issue with her flight that he would call her but for her not to contact anyone. They took advantage of my elderly mother and didn’t give her money back , just offered her a voucher for a future flight. The audacity!

I recommend Asaptrips. They provided me with the flight at the very end moment. Their agents are so polite and helpful, they helped me a lot.

Horrible company. They are a bait and switch 3rd party airline company offering fake liw fares. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone. However, after fighting a bit the supervisor was able to get me a flight (additional $ of course). I will drop my investigation if tickets turn out to be real. But I will NEVER use this site again!

I called their support by mistake because of an ad in google thinking they are the airline I was supposed to call and the agent on the other line was pretending to be from that airline. When they were about to change my flight, they asked for a PIN from my bank so they can charge my credit card and that is when I realized they are scammers.

I had the opportunity to book my vacation packages with Asaptrips twice, and I was very satisfied with their service both times. Leo was great at checking on our different options (from airline tickets, city sightseeing to hotels) and worked tirelessly at including all our requests in the vacation package. Leo would also check on you while on travel to ensure things are going as planned. My trips to the Middle East and Asia were amazing, thanks to Leo and Asaptrips.
I recommend this travel agency to friends and family, every time I hear they are planning a trip.
