I never received my item and they will not issue me a refund. I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks.

I have been waiting for my order for a month. They won't respond to my emails. They charged me too!

Never received product despite their tracking stating it was delivered. Zero response when I emailed them.

Look what they offer and see what you receive
It's a disappointing experience. The product I received have nothing to do with what the company promotes. They are frauds. The practical dimension of the solar panels are 20 cm.of each and at their advert are more that a meter long
They offer only a few cents refund but not the full amount

They just scammed me for a lot of money. Ordered two air compressing backpacks but only got one normal cheep as backpack (after about three months of shipping). The offered no return and no refund. A pure. Scam.

Don't buy from this company ...PLEASE DONT ..we ordered a backpack which was suppose to have a vaccum bag and it didn't we emailed them .they tired to tell us it was in there .they wouldn't send one and said we will give u some mo ey back in US.
we ordered this back in july and only received it end of september .we are still waiting for the US money to come back ...What a big joke .

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Asaruley, and I urge others to avoid this company at all costs. Here’s what happened:

I ordered a product that was completely misrepresented on their website. What I received was a low-quality, cheap version that in no way matched the description. When I contacted their support team, I was met with a series of excuses and ridiculous offers of partial compensation instead of the full refund or correct product that I was entitled to.

First, they offered me 7 USD as "compensation," claiming it was the best they could do. When I rejected that, they upped the offer to 11 USD, again saying they "fought with their superior" to give me this. Finally, they offered me 18 USD out of the support agent's "own salary," which is just absurd. I made it clear that I either wanted the correct product or a full refund, but they continuously tried to get me to accept small amounts of money while failing to address the issue.

After doing some research, it became clear that this company has all the hallmarks of a scam:
- The website is less than a year old and has very few visitors.
- Multiple scam detection services have flagged it as suspicious with low trust scores.
- Their customer support gives vague responses and refuses to take responsibility on behalf of the company, instead making personal excuses like "my salary is not much."

To anyone thinking about buying from them, **don't**. Their business practices are highly questionable, and they will try to string you along with partial refunds instead of fixing the problem. I strongly advise reporting them and avoiding this site.

Scam
Ordered an Airback backpack in July, first according to customer service they lost my package, at second delivery a normal backpack arrived without any vacuum features. The offered a compensation of 8USD, the dispute is still ongoing.

AirBack Backpack - do not order!! I had same result as at least one other reviewer on here! They send a regular backpack that is not the one they advertise.

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before I bought a so called Airback bag, the bag I got arrived after a month and a half, it is just a rucksack, no pump or compression bag, don’t waste your money. I got offered a $4 refund as they don’t accept return, absolute rubbish.

A scam. I ordered a vacuum bag and what arrived, after a looong delay, was a backpack with lots of compartments and straps, with a USB plug and socket that does nothing. No vacuum compartment, No pump. I ended up paying over £60 for a bag i could have bought for £20.

FRAUD! Advertises one thing but send you some crap that's not even close to what you paid for. Just a big SCAM

They only get 1 star because it won’t allow me to give no stars!!

I ordered the Airback black bag with pump!

The first order got “lost”, they then sent another bag from china, even though the first one was sent from the USA! Finally received today and it’s not what I paid for! I paid for the vacuum Airback bag! All I received was an ordinary black bag I could have got cheaper on Amazon!

This bag came with no pump and no vacuum compartment. They are complete FRAUDS! Do not waste your money with these people.

Avoid like the plague!
I recently ordered an Airback Matt black rucksack with the compression pump to essentially vac pac the contents to fit more inside.
After a lengthy delivery period what arrived is a cheap imitation with no pump, no Airback branding ( even though that’s exactly what was advertised on FB ) and a complete joke of an explanation that their warehouse had checked everything so I was wrong and they were right!
Then an offer of $4 compensation !!
Refused this as an insult
Now they are saying their warehouse is in China and it will be very expensive to return.
An offer of $6 compensation was made.
Refused of course as I am demanding a full refund as this is FRADULENT.
I have sent them photos of the backpack and it is clearly not an Airback and there is NO pump !
Please do not fall for their advertising as I did.
The last minute sale, the hefty discounts are very tempting but they do not send what they advertise. It’s a con.

I never received my " Three fingers" defense ring, ordered on or about April 13, 3024. The Co. they hired must of have delivered it to a wrong 11861 Hulbridge Ct. here in Orlando 32837.

I went to that Hulbridge address and the
fellar said that they did not have it. The packages were NOT a USPS. delivery. Asuraley, used an obscure delivery Co. and told me that they will not use it no more because they had troubles with it... That was their cold answer to me. .. I have surveillance cameras in front of my door entrance and no packages were delivered from them at the day and time that they claimed the packages were delivered.Meanwhile, they never gave me a refund and I ended up losing $38.00 for the two purchases.. @asaruley.com SUCKS BIG TIME!!! I investigated it on my own and found out that their credibility is somewhat poor. As of now am gonna communicate with the BBB. and report this COMPANY...

Item was NOTHING like advertised. Totally annoyed. Expected to receive a very very bright large torch but no. Hopeless little plastic torch like you’d buy from a corner shop. I have been totally ripped off by this acamy

Ordered an item that they were advertised on the website, two large 1,000,000 lumens flashlight and when it finally arrived, it was NOT what I had ordered. The two flashlights that was sent to me was half the size of what I ordered. This was a switch & bait scheme. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. SCRAM ARTISTS IS WHAT THEY ARE!

It fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear all day. This truly is a top-notch product, worthy of a five-star rating. It is not only striking but also offers great value for money.

Unbelievably low price for such a high-quality, stunning bracelet. Highly satisfied!

Had same problem orderd 1000000 lumens Waterproof Spot Light charged me £26.00incl p&p - very poor 200 lumens torch arrived what are sold on other sites for £8.00
I ordered a new German 1000000 lumens Waterproof Spot Light.
I regret this purchase as it is appears to be a poor-quality mass produced item The light output is nowhere near as bright as claimed.
The item was simply placed in a polythene postal bag. The box was ruined. Shipping also took a very long time
Some people might say you get what you pay for. This does not apply here as this was quite expensive
Suffice to say I shall not be wasting any more of my money or time at asaruley.com
