BEWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Initially happy with the customer service as the chair I wanted wasn’t available but when we received replacement chair it was too big for space (entirely my fault - should have measured). However on Asbuy website it states that they do accept general returns so I have emailed them three times and have not had the courtesy of a reply. If I could turn back the clock I would NOT have ordered from this company. They are very amateurish! BEWARE!!!

Happy with our replacement chair.

The office chair we first ordered turned out - after a month's delay - not to be available. Dyn agreed to let us have a superior chair in the same colour and material for no extra cost and this was delivered promptly. We are very happy with the replacement and it looks the part in one of our home offices.

My daughter loves her sofa

My daughter loves her sofa. I found the service and communication with Asbuy was excellent. The sofa would have arrived within the time stated, unfortunately because the packaging was damaged a replacement was dispatched. This was received within 4 days.

If there were minus starts then that is…

If there were minus starts then that is what they would get. Awful awful awful. Chair arrived with a faulty leg, Company will not return emails or any correspondence and are trying to charge me £60.00 to collect it. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Poor quality product and very poor customer service

I ordered a fabric office chair which was described as linen but it was actually velvet, when the chair arrived it had marks on the fabric and the upholstery wasn't finished properly so the fabric was unattached in some areas, on top of these visible faults, the lowest setting on the height adjustment was still to high for me and I couldn't place my feet on the floor, I'm 5ft 3". I've emailed the customer service team a number of times and provided photos of the faults but they have been extremely unhelpful, advising me I have to pay to return the chair, I've asked them to collect the chair but they have ignored my last 2 emails and I've received no further communication from them.

We ordered a sink unit and tap for a new build. Delivery within 2 days of ordering, although it wasn’t due for a week along with two phone calls from the drive to arrange delivery in the correct location. I forgot I needed the VAT receipt for tax reasons, after 1 email, I received immediately- fantastic product, a great price and customer service.
Definitely use them again and recommend them!!!

Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue with my order and wasn't totally happy with the finish of the chair as it had some slight damage as something do. Asbuy's employee - Dyn was quick to respond, super helpful and gave me a discount. Great customer service & understanding. Thanks Dyn!

Fun Office Chair

Purchased an office chair which arrived after a couple of weeks delay (COVID, Christmas and shipping issues) but they offered me a token refund and apology - both accepted and received. I experienced good communication and the product is as expected for the price. It's fun, fits with my office theme and works well on the castors. My only issue is that the company is not transparent in where it's based; giving the impression they're based in France when, in fact, they are in Hong Kong.

AVOID

Ordered a couple of chairs from Asbuy who state they're based in France, the PayPal receipt states the Company is actually Sorang Trading in Hong Kong - only contact details are a non existent Hotmail account. Have been trying to cancel order and obtain a refund (which their T&Cs state is permitted as items not despatched) but they simply don't respond. PayPal are now dealing with the dispute - AVOID

Excellent

The item ordered from Asbuy arrived sooner than the anticipated delivery date. (Great), was of excellent quality, as was the customer service. Prompt, polite and helpful replies to my emails.
Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

I ordered 2 chairs

I ordered 2 chairs, when I tried to cancel I was told it would cost me £190 and not the £35 their return policy stated while trying to negotiate they just stopped answering my email. I recieved no chairs and still have not received my refund and they still won't answer my email, so take care when dealing with this company they appear to make it up as they go.
