Casper and his team has been an valuable CRO partner to us over the past year. From the very beginning, he has stood out through his proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and deep commitment to driving real growth.
What I appreciate most is that Casper does not operate like someone who is simply doings tasks. He truly thinks alongside the brand and challenges ideas when needed. He combines strategic thinking with hands on execution, which is a rare combination in my opinion.
Over the course of our collaboration, he has played an important role in helping us further optimize the brand and unlock more growth through conversion rate optimization. His involvement has brought structure, clarity, and momentum to our CRO efforts, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about the outcome.

Would not recommend. His website is misleading since he don't work with the brands he displays. He does not work with Dore & Rose, Hears and Ekster actively. He might have delivered some landing pages to them previously for free or extremely low cost, but i was disappointed to find out those brands are not his current clients.
Casper has broken promises while working with Stille.
Most of the things he agreed to deliver within his own deadline, are still not delivered.
When confronted in a recorded meeting, he took full accountability, said it was unacceptable, said he was really sorry, said it was his fault, said he totally understand. He agreed to refund 1 month to make up for it. I said we would not pay for the current outstanding month because of the situation he has put us in, he said obviously and said it was no problem.
The next day when i was visiting my uncle. He sent a settlement offer that i had to look through and accept within 19 hours and 16 minutes. I was visiting my sick uncle that recently had a stroke, and because of that i replied to the email that it is too short of a timeframe.
He then replied after his time window, that the offer was off the table, and now he will not refund us and he will also require us to pay the final invoice. Thankfully we will be able to handle this legally, but things like this always sucks the energy out of you.
Casper has given a false impression of the work he would deliver in multiple aspects.
It was communicated to focus on the cart and prioritise this over any CRO test and any listicle.
In November we communicated that we have to make the cart work for the Dutch and Danish market. This became our priority and was communicated clearly to Casper.
He said it would be no problem he and his team would handle it. I followed up with Casper and he gave time promises, that he did not keep.
We are now in January, everything on our end is ready to launch for the Danish and Dutch market. Casper's work on the cart is stopping us from doing so. We now have Danish and Dutch bedding sizes that we cannot sell yet. Our 3PL charge us based on the amount of stock we currently have in the system, so having stock that does not reduce in quantity is very expensive.
The cart was just one example that we wanted to include in this review, and Casper had no original defense for this and took full accountability and promised a refund for one month and to delete the outstanding invoice. Now he has backtracked.
Now Casper is saying it was not part of the service and just a bonus. We have communicated this clearly through Slack and recorded meetings that proves this was the task at hand and priority over anything else.
There are CRO edits i have input in the Slack channel, 3 and 4 times that are still not delivered. Some of the things that are delivered has errors with it and you have to follow up to always make sure the work was actually done in the first place, and when it was done you have to quality check the errors, give feedback again, multiple times.
Working with Casper is something I highly recommend to anyone. He is a smart guy who truly understands what a client wants in terms of service and results. He thinks along with you, brings fresh ideas to the table, and works in a very proactive way.
When I wanted to launch a new listicle, it went live just a few days later and was fully optimized. As soon as the first results started coming in, he immediately initiated new A/B tests.
I have never felt like just a number with him. He is always available and ready to give 100%. Currently, we have already improved our ROAS from 2.8 to around 4, I'm excited about the upcoming projects.
