I was a first time user, easy search for tyres and fitter, great price, all round good service.
In future, this will now be the first place I search, along with their fitter who was local to me.

I have used this service for a second time in the last 10 months (I am a taxi driver) and cannot recommend it enough - which I already have to friends and family. Excellent value for money, effortless process!

Very easy to deal with, I even ordered the wrong tyre and they refunded me the difference quickly. Will definitely use again.

The service I have received from Asda Tyres has been brilliant. Order two dryers (drivers side) and realised that I only need one. So contacted Asda Tyres and spoke with Katie and she ordered the refund straight away. Nice and polite and very professional. My car then had an engine light come on so took it to the dealer who offered to replace the outstanding tyre. Contacted Asda Tyres again and spoken to Emma who cancelled the full order and refunded for the remaining tyre. Great service all round and very helpful staff. Thank you so much. 🥰

Friendly service , efficient and trouble free

I placed an order for two tyres on Sunday morning at 9am and changed my mind within 30 minutes. I followed their stated procedure and emailed customer service to cancel the order. I received no response.

On Monday evening, I chased again asking for confirmation of cancellation and refund — still no reply.

On Tuesday morning, the delivery company turned up with the tyres. I refused the delivery, so they were taken away. When I contacted Asda, I was told they “couldn’t react that quickly” and that I now needed to personally arrange collection from the courier and organise a return — which makes no sense given it was the same delivery they arranged.

It gets worse — when I tried to arrange the collection, I was told I’d have to pay a £25 delivery fee. The reason? Apparently I should have called them on Monday, even though:

* I cancelled within 30 minutes
* I followed their email process
* Email is listed as a valid contact method

They even admitted they prioritise calls over emails, which is not clearly communicated anywhere — yet they still expect customers to know this.

Overall, this is poor communication, slow response times, and an unfair attempt to charge fees for something that should have been handled properly from the start.

Zero customer service. Avoid.

Yesterday having ordered some new tyres through the Asda Tyres website I had an issue at the fitting garage as the tyres I had ordered weren’t compatible with the ones I had on my vehicle.
I rang Asda Tyres and spoke with Gaby who couldn’t have been more helpful!
She listened patiently, understood my issue and helped me change my order.
I couldn’t have dealt with a more pleasant, polite and friendly member of staff.. I was most grateful and impressed!
Three cheers for Gaby, she is a credit to her employer!!!

Very simple website, great prices

Tyres and staff at Formula 1 autocentres ready to fit on arrival. Took slightly longer than was expecting but was fitting 4 tyres, good service. Would use again.

Easy website to use, plenty of tyre makes at competitive prices, order and arrange fitting time and date.

Avoid. The tyre fitter damaged my wheel and Asda didn't want to know. It's a russian roulette of how good your tyre fitter is. Ice used them twice which will be the last time. The fitting centres from my experience are very rough and don't have much equipment. Probably why an older tyre machine was used and it scored the alloy.

Excellent service which is easy to use and excellent value for money. I was able to select the tyres I wanted, at a reasonable price, with lots of information available to me. I have used this service before and will continue to do so. The fitter was excellent; helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Easy and straightforward no fuss, what else fo you want

Offered an appointment that was not available with my chosen fitter though. Only discovered this when I received a call from the fitter.
All worked out well in the end.
