THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING - STAY AWAY
Absolutely ridicolous way of dealing with international shipping, even a pony knows that IOSS covers shipping valued up 150€. A customer who ordered some of our UK goods to Belgium was asked to pay 76.5€ tax and duties for goods declared 129.98£ (which is even with conversion less than 150€). I will have now to try to contact this smart company and try to resolve it amicably or proceed with a small claims court. What a waste of time, if you use DPD to ship abroad and they use Asendia just RUN AWAY.

This company has shown an unbelievable level of incompetence.
They do not communicate, they do not follow up, and they are completely unable to handle even the simplest customer issues.
My experience with them was so unprofessional that I no longer want any contact with this company. Instead of resolving the situation, they ignored messages for days and provided zero support.
If you value your time, money, or nerves, choose a company that actually understands customer service, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for their actions.
This one, unfortunately, does none of that.

Terrible company Twice this year when Sports direct sent my package to Greece, on the Greek side they never bothered calling or delivering. When I tried to call Asendia UK nobody ever answers your phone call and no one answered the phone. As a result my order was sent back to the UK
