Giving this courier company even one star is too much!!!!!!!!! I have been buying from TEMU Buffalo, Skynet NO ISSUES but ASENDIA MY GOD THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!! No updates no communication on why my package is taking so long. Temu should remove them from delivery packages!!!!!!!! It’s going on three weeks and I’m still waiting for my package with Buffalo my package would have been here already!!!!!!! Thanks ASENDIA for nothing!!!!!!!!!
I genuinely can't believe this company is still legally allowed to operate despite "losing" so many packages. It's basically a coin flip whether you'll ever receive your package or whether it will be "lost" never to be seen again.
This sad excuse for a company "lost" my package worth $500 and has no form of customer support other than an online contact form they'll never reply to. Do not buy anything that is shipped through Asendia because you're very likely to not get your item and never get a refund since Asendia does not insure their packages and places liability of any loss on you, the customer.
AVOID THESE SCAMMING THIEVES AT ALL COSTS.

Please stop making use of the courier company "Asendia". Pathetic is not even the right word to describe their service.
My fiance orderd a package from Temu. The shipment process went very fast.
The crap started when it arraived in South Africa.
And I presume Assendia is the problem.
The package have been at JHB airport for almost 2 weeks alone. Nothing has been done. My package is due in 4 days and it is still not in CPT.

Worse shipping experience ever! Ordered an item from Amazon De, turns out it is shipped from USA via Asendia. No tracking number, no updates, nothing! The item never arrived. At least Amazon did a refund. Will never again order form the seller that uses them.

The delays are truly INTOLERABLE. Packages are stuck for weeks on end at transit points. Not once did I experience a smooth delivery. I am STILL waiting fir a delivery ordered in FEB! You deserve ALL the negative reviews you get.

Please don’t use Asendia. They lost the last package of chocolate covered graham crackers I ordered on eBay. There was an attempted delivery 9 days ago, but no 2nd or 3rd attempts as promised and no note as to where the package was. I emailed them several times and was told it was taken to the post office. I called the post office and gave them both tracking numbers. The post office has no record. This company is incompetent.

I have ordered something from US to Greece.
I refused the package due to very high import taxes.
The return procedure was started and Asendia got the package to return it to the seller, on 05th of January 2025.
Since this day the package (which should go from Greece to US) traveled all over Europe. Asendia has moved the package all over Europe (on 4th of February to Switzerland - Zurich, on 24th of February to Germany - Rodgau).
Today, 25th of March 2025, 3 month later, the package is not yet returned to the seller! IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WILL TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS.
I really do not understand how a company can provide such bad services and still be on the market today!

Disgusting company. Ordered something from the usa, seller was forced to send it with this comedy joke of a company. It had to go to a shipping facility in new york, then to newark, then it should've gone to sweden and then the uk. It seems to have gotten lost in newark, and hasnt even left the country. It's been a month now. I'd recommend that if a seller has to use asendia, cancel the order and find someone else.

Hilarious company.
Order an item on eBay in January, until this day nearly April the item is still in transit.
Over three months the item sits in Germany Rodgau, a black hole with lazy worker and unprofessional service.
No need of contacting whatsoever because the answers are all robotic and unhelpful.

Since this day the package (which should go from Belgium to UK) traveled all over Europe. Asendia has moved the package all over Europe (on 4th of February to Switzerland - Zurich, on 24th of February to Germany - Rodgau).
Today, 21st of March 2025, 3 month later, the package is not yet returned to the seller!
I really do not understand how a company can provide such bad services and still be on the market today!

I have already contacted SIM HOUND, the seller, and asked them to file a complaint but even them do not reply to any of my messages.

I am confident, that review is fake! It is a 99% copy/paste of my initial review.

If i could give zero stars i would. This company literally lost my parcel the same day they got it. Never in my 35 years of life has a shipping company been so inept that they lost a parcel within 3 hours of picking it up.
