Orders not received, claims of refunds (not received), no CS
Purchased three bundles only to get an announcement that all orders had to be cancelled due to Stripe automatically refunding all payments made through the system. Which is fine, if the refunds really came through. Month long of "processing" and still no refunds in site. Lack of any update to customers outside of sparse few announcements on Instagram through stories. Lack of response from email support side as well. Still just saying they're trying, yet constantly pushing out new limited time bundles.
