Beware AsetanaPa

Unfortunately, I have had a very poor experience of this company.
On August 9th I ordered from them (Order No. 36110) and paid £ 33.97 for 1kg of frozen cranberries clearly shown in the photographs in their advertisement and in their order confirmation as individual round berries. What they sent me was a mashed mess which may have originally been cranberries but were unrecognisable as such. It may have been mashed dried cranberries
Cranberries have sharp and sour taste well suited to the healthy smoothies for which they were intended.
What sent me may have been frozen but appeared to have been dried cranberries, a product heavily fortified with sugar.
Even ignoring the appearance of what I received, that product has substantial sugar added and was more or less the opposite of what I required and ordered.
On August 18th I wrote to AsetanaPa at the Address listed as their business address (170, Sangley Road, London SE6 2JP) explaining their error with accompanying photographs and requesting a total refund, sending the letter by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Royal Mail have sent me proof of delivery.
Unfortunately, I have received from AsetanaPa neither response nor even acknowledgement of my letter despite having waited a week.
