Problemas sin solución: contacto, tallas, transporte

De momento, todo problemas en una compra online con esta compañía: usan una empresa de transporte que ha dado problemas para la recogida, las tallas no se corresponden con las propias de la marca (he pedido el mismo número y resulta ser una talla más pequeña) y no recibo solución a mis peticiones porque ni siquiera se contacta... Mínima calificación posible por el momento.

So far, I have had only problems in an online purchase with this company: they use a faulty courier that has given problems for the collection, the sizes do not correspond to those of the brand itself (I have ordered the same number and it turns out to be a smaller size ) and I don't receive a solution to my requests because they don't even contact me... Lowest rating possible at the moment.
