Played bonus out completely as the rules say to... Come time to withdrawal, I get denied saying I have multiple accounts, in which I didn't, then proceed to tell me that the other account is closed so if I deposit cash I can still play at the casino..lol.... So I can still play it I deposit cash, but the sign up bonus cash I won legitimately still couldn't be redeemed. But since nobody's written a review yet I like to tell you how it is you can go there and you can play but you won't get to go home with your money especially if it's a no deposit bonus they do everything they can to cause friction just in the kyc much less even get to the deposit part or withdrawal part.
