I ordered a camera lens and Airpods pro from AsGoodAsNew and had problems with both of them.
For the Lens within the first year and for the Airpods 3 Days after the first year ended.

For the Lens, they blamed me for the problem and wanted me to pay the shipping fees, even though two independent Camera Lens Dealers confirmed it was a Production Malfunction.
The Airpods Apple said I would have to go to the Dealer and they would right away exchange them since the problem falls under the Dealer Warranty. AsGoodAsNew flat-out refused looking at them and told I first have to prove I didn't damage the Product.

All that said AsGoodAsNew is really the f* worst online retailer I ever bought something at. Dont buy there!

These people are scammers and don't honour guarantees. Do not buy from them at all costs!

I sold 6 phones in September which they received and paid for except that the bank account refused and returned the transfers, so no problem I send them new bank details,

we received the first payment with my friend on September 29, then the other 2 on October 18, then another on November 1,

what is a shame about these payments is that we had to restart them several times including the days discrepancies, they certified that they had not received the return in the meantime,

tomorrow we are in February 2024 and I still have 2 missing payments of more than 1000 Euros, supposedly to pay on the day of the sale and since then the transfers have not have not been returned to them. (supposedly lol) This story is fishy. Why did I get paid 4 out of 6 payments, where did the other 2 payments go? in nature?

Their versions are not very credible, I have many friends who use their services and they are very reliable. But my story leaves me with doubts.

Answered my call and cancelled my order imediately after I entered a wrong address

No delivery and poor customer service.
The delivery disappeared, and after 17 days of being sent, they still refuse to contact the delivery company. The customer service takes 2 to 3 days to respond, if they actually answer

Worst experience ever. What a scam

I bought a OnePlus pone in a "very good" shape. But when I received it, it was not able to phone (no sound went through to the other person) and the back screen was loose.
I returned it after the rules of the company and got at "task in their system". I returned it in july 2023 and I'm still waiting to get my money refunded, but they closed the task in my "customer-webprofile".

I ordered an IPhone, it was shipped but tracking then stopped. I waited 7 days (general transit time is stated at 1-2 days, in busy times 3-4), still no movement - it's clearly lost/stolen. Still, the company refuses to initiate a lost item claim with DHL. Also, it takes 3! days to get a reply via Email from customer service. Company refuses to resend my order. I am left without the money and the purchase.
Absolute nightmare service !

They say they received an empty package when it's not true, they haven't responded to emails since November 23rd

I ordered a MacBook Pro from 2020 and I got the wrong one (2019). In the “about your Mac” section you couldn’t see the Year (which you normally can) so someone must have deleted it.

If I hadn’t known the difference between the MacBook Pro from 2019 and 2020 I wouldn’t (couldn’t) have noticed that they sent me the wrong laptop.
I hope it was a mistake. The communication afterwards was good, I got my money back. They didn’t sent me the right MacBook tho, which was quite disappointing. Not going to order again.

Bought a phone that was advertised as excellent condition, phone stopped working after 2 days of use. No replacement offered, no reimbursement offered, I paid almost €900, for that kind of money that is extremely disappointing!
For almost 1 MONTH ( shipping, refund ) I did not have my money or the phone!

I would give zero stars if that was possible.
I ordered a camera in June 2023 and immediately canceled the order, before it was shipped.
The company wrote to acknowledge the order had been canceled and they would reimburse it rapidly. Five months later and after multiple requests I still haven't been reimbursed. Moreover, the company's multiple replies sound like they might be in bad faith, which I had never experienced before with any online commerce platforms. I will stay away from it and cannot recommend it to anyone. I attached a screenshot of last June's email, for the company to see.
