I have a great experience with AsGoodAsNew, I bought a Macbook Pro M4 Pro, i received under 1 week and it's brand new !

1st purchase on the platform, a smartphone for almost €1000. I chose Express delivery (1 to 3 days) for a birthday 5 days later, today 7 days later I still don't have my product after 3 delays from UPS. Impossible to reach the site's after-sales service and catastrophic responses from UPS who also can't reach their delivery person whom I'm waiting for the 3rd day.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. To be completely honest, I was a bit worried because the prices are much lower than those of the competition. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try and, despite the delay from the carrier and the fact that the package was left in my mailbox even though a signature was required, I did receive my new phone. It is exactly as I ordered: brand new and sealed in its box. In the future, I won’t hesitate to buy my next phone from this site!

Warning to customers outside of Germany! I bought a phone and I wasn't happy with the quality of the battery life. I exercised my right to return the phone, and the company only provided a return etiquette that only works from Germany. They have ignored my requests for a return label that works from where I live (France), or clear instructions for how to return the phone so that it will not be lost. If you think you won't return your item, this might be a good option but if you aren't sure and think you might return it, choose another company!
