I only rated the one star because it was mandatory …

I only rated the one star because it was mandatory to leave a review. This company is a complete waste! Placed my order on 4/21/26 they claim 5-12 days from shipping, I'm still waiting! The tracking is a joke. I looked it up on the 7th it said it was in LA, I looked again on the 11th and it said it was in Dallas Texas then later the same day it said it arrived in LA on the 10th!!!??? Now 5 days later it's still in LA.

Terrible customer service! Don't order from this website

I placed an order and after receiving a notification that it had shipped, I began tracking it. After 3 weeks, the shipment hadn't moved so I contacted customer service. The automated response said that I should hear back within 24 hours (or less). After multiple requests, I have still not had a response. This is a fake website or the customer service is terrible!
