This website is selling counterfeit Jellycat items.
I have been trying to purchase these Jellycat dragons from Jellycat and official Jellycat outlets but they are always out of stock, which has pushed prices up considerably. It’s all about supply and demand. I thought the Ashburywren website offered a way to purchase them even though they were expensive. I’d do anything for my granddaughter. Alas, the website is selling counterfeit Jellycat items. I ordered three dragons for my granddaughter and they are all fakes and very expensive fakes. I have checked the labels, etc to confirm it. I have emailed them many times about returning them for a refund but I get no response from them, zilch! Once they have your money they don’t care. They say there is a contact form or live chat to get support but there is no link to take you there. I have applied for a chargeback on my credit card but this all takes time. I just want to warn other buyers out there not to use this scam website. In hindsight, I should have done my own checks. I hope this information helps someone out there.
