I never received my order and no response when I emailed them to chase to see when I would.
Very disappointed and annoyed I lost money on the item I didn't receive

Company very quick to read/see my email. It was less than a minute from me pressing send, to them ringing me at home. They sorted things out over the phone and everything was finalised with my package arriving the next day.

Placed an order on 22 November 2022, which after much to and fro arrived incomplete on 24 December 2022. Had been promised a replacement which did arrive post Christmas but was supposed to include additional items, christmas wrapped. No wrapping, no extra items.

Excellent product….I purchased the lemongrass, Geranium & Lavender lotion as my right hand had very bad sore and dry skin from working in the garden….my hands are normally rough texture due to years of hard work. After 24 hours when applying a small amount twice, the difference was definitely felt and after 2-3 days, the skin was not only smooth but the soreness had mostly gone. I’ve applied it twice a day for the past week and the difference is incredible….I most definitely 100% recommend their products…

Friend suggested AA and I should try Feel Warm lotion. Quick delivery and have been using the lotion for a week and my skin feels so soft and smells gorgeous. Love it. Would definitely recommend them

I recently purchased a set of 3 oils from you - I absolutely love your products but one of the oils had leaked in the post and was almost empty when I received it !!!!!
Please check the bottle lids are on tight before packaging them up 😊

Excellent family run business, very friendly, great service and products that work well. Would recommend the room sprays, de-stress, sound sleep and feel good work very well. Spray on your pillow before you go to bed works perfectly.

Feel good. hand and body soap and lotion, smells gorgeous like a spa . Lotion sinks into the skin leaving no sticky residue, Also prompt and fast delivery .

We enjoyed visiting the shop in Lincoln and bought some sprays. Unfortunately one fell out of the car back home and broke. I ordered a replacement immediately but the Royal Mail failed to deliver it so Ash sent another one with a complimentary spray as well which eventually arrived. Very satisfied.
