Made an Online purchase for a set of Datacards and noticed that the delivery address was incorrect after completing the transaction - even though it was late in the day I had a response in minutes with the issue being corrected. The item then arrived to me promptly a few days later.

Hi Pete, thanks for your review. Your order did take slightly longer than usual to process as the majority of our staff were at UK games expo. This was clearly communicated on the website, on the front page, on a pop up, and at check out where there's even an eta of when your order will arrive. I can see it's due tomorrow which is exactly when it was predicted to be delivered.
As got communication I can see our system sent you an order confirmation, then a dispatch confirmation with tracking, the royal mail also sent you an email with tracking info, I not sure how many more emails you would normally expect to receive?
Anyway, thanks for your order, hope you enjoy your cards.

Amazing shop in Crowborough
Have bought products from Ashdown Gaming over the counter now three times. Very extensive range . Their website is good . I paid for things on line and collected them the next day. Good service and they are always helpful.
