This company is completely untrustworthy.

The items I received had no resemblance to the images advertised.

They lure you in with a huge price tag to divert attention, but the quality is worthless.

They refuse to cover return costs, leaving customers stuck.

Communication is terrible — no proper email responses or support.

In my experience, this feels like a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding Ashford London Clothing.

Why oh why did I not check the reviews on this company.
My order was so late being delivered, that it arrived to late for the occasion I wanted it for.
Tried to cancel, but told I was unable to cancel as it was on its way.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
It looks like NO ONE GETS A FULL REFUND!
Even though it this companies fault.

The packaging was nice, but one of the items smelled weird when it arrived. Had to wash it a couple of times.

Total scam. Take your money and never send your item. Have reported to German trading standards and reported them for online fraud.
They ignore all emails and steal your money.

I wanted to love the clothes, but they didn’t quite match my expectations. The fit felt off and the material wasn’t very soft.

Thieving scamming company. Dont waste your money ordering from a bunch of bandits.
Refund request afyer a 5 weeks wait have fallen on deaf ears on their path.

The brand has a cool vibe, but the customer service could be more responsive. Took over a week to sort out my return

I wouldn't even give this one star if there was an option. no emails replied to, no contact whatsoever. I paid a lot of money for several pairs of shoes that have never arrived. DO NOT ever buy from this company! wish I'd thought to look at trust pilot before ordering. awful experience and lost over £150

The shirt I got looks good but shrunk slightly after washing. Not a total fail, but still disappointing.

Do NOT even consider engaging with this company.
They pretend to be based in Europe but clothing is shipped directly from China. The quality is appalling and bears no resemblance to the pictures on the website. There are no labels etc which suggests that Ashford do not quality control their product. I tried to cancel my order due to the length of time it took to come. They said it had been dispatched...which it had not. Once the clothing arrived I was horrified and immediately requested return information. No one has answered. Surely this must be illegal! Sadly I see their clothing still appears on google searches.

Avoid this company totally. I purchased a pair of boots for an event and the website made it look like it was sent locally and items receive in 5 days, the same exact boots were on other sites for less than half of what i paid but stated it would be a longer delivery, so i purchased the more expensive one to get them in time, it was only after placing the order i received an email to say it would be over 2 weeks, i straight away asked if boots could be cancelled and explained the situation, i was told to keep the boots and i would receive a 40% refund, boots took nearly a month to arrive and boots are shocking cheap quality for over £60.00 sellers on ebay are selling them for 17.00 i emailed numerous times complaining and still not received the partial refund nor a reply just an automated one. They are deliberately ignoring and don't be fooled by their fancy website as their merchandise is cheap Chinese items with major flaws, size is wrong the item looks nothing like the pictures. So please if you see the same item cheaper on another site but have to wait longer than go with that site as this Ashford site is a rip off.

Will never buy from them again, such a poor service, it took more than a month for me to receive my order. And it does not look like what I ordered at all. Paid alot of money for something completely different. And they don't give return option. I wasted my money for a terrible dress which is not as how they showed on their website.
I will never recommend this brand to anyone and never again I will buy from them.

Do not waste your money on this company.

They delivered my parcel months later, refused to give a refund and are ignoring all my calls and emails.

I will be taking this further. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAM!

Fake images! Poor quality items!! They make you pay for returns and then they do not refund!!! Do not buy from here!!!

Not London based. Still waiting for my order over 2 weeks later. Have filed a dispute with my bank for my funds. Scammers at work. AVOID

WARNING: if you need to return anything (as I did) you have to pay the postage to the Netherlands AND customs duty too! It cost me about £30 in total to return a 'coat' (so thin you could hardly call it a coat) costing £60. That's if I get the refund.
Never again - the prices look enticing but beware!

Terrible experience! Not in London waited ages for 2 dresses to arrive for a wedding with plenty of time but they finally arrived 3 weeks late didn’t even open the dresses aske to return . Return to Netherlands!!! Cost me £21.10! For tracking and customs. Sent all proof to them and they haven’t received them … strange that ????? . Now all are missing so going to have to wait the 20 days Royal Mail say they need before I can claim . Utterly disgraceful service. Please don’t use . Stressed and nearly £150 out of pocket
