It had became obvious that my parents were at the stage where they needed some extra help around the home. Neither of my parents were very happy about having someone in their home, but the ladies (Heather, Vanessa and Lauren) soon put them at ease and were so helpful to both of them. They not only helped with jobs around the home but spent time chatting to them which they needed as much as anything else. They were absolutely brilliant, kind and caring people. Thank you.

The staff are so kind and caring - my mother enjoyed having them around when they visited - Heather always made her laugh which was rare!! Heather always used to call me each week and give me an update as the nurses never did!! She also checked the post and did any odd jobs for me.They were my eyes and ears to what was going on in my mothers house and would always contact me if they were concerned about her or things had not been done in the house - it was reassuring for me as I live in Jersey and my Mother lived in Ashford so I needed people who I could trust

I would highly recommend Ashford Community Care. They assisted my sister who had Parkinson’s and dementia for several years. I feel without them she would have needed Residential care much sooner. The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile. I also found them so helpful and always were able to reassure me, when I found the whole process so overwhelming. A kind word or email can make all the difference when you are having a bad day.

These people are fantastic. Mum has built up a true friendship with both Sophia & Kelly and despite her initial hesitation in getting someone to help her with every day chores she was quickly put at ease. 10/10.
