Selecting a Conveyancing Solicitor in East Devon
My wife and I needed a local conveyancing solicitor in East Devon to advise us on the purchase of a property in a Grade 2 Listed Building. Our property agents recommended two law firms. The first we approached was too busy and declined to quote! Ashfords were attentive, accommodating and responded immediately with a price that we thought was extremely reasonable given the idiosyncrasies of the transaction.
They were duly engaged at the end of August and we completed on the purchase on 5th January.
Throughout the task they did a great job. The report they delivered, considering the price quoted, was extremely good value for money and we would recommend them without hesitation.
