I called Stuart on Saturday late morning as the element had gone on my oven. He managed to come out by 2pm and had done the job by 2:15pm. Very reasonably priced, high quality service and great communication. Stuart called to let me know as soon as he was able to come and when he was on his way. I will definitely use him again!!
Stuart, the Manager, came out and promptly fixed our washing machine. Friendly, efficient and honest. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.
One piece of advice: Book him directly, don't go through an agent such as Repair Network who charge a huge mark-up on the call-out and parts.
