I love these oils! I've had some oil in my collection for about 10 years and totally forgot I had them. Used them with a waterless diffuser I got for Christmas and they're still strong and smell great. Found the company name on the bottle and ordered two more and they're still just as good!
Would definitely spend a little extra on these oils as they're worth it

Not very happy with the quality of the oil burner. There was no funnel in the box and the wick fell apart when I removed it from the bottle to fill it with fragrance! It can't be used now. Very frustrating. Will stick to the Lampe Berger brand in future. Better quality.

I've loved Ashleigh and Burwood for years. Their fragrances are lovely and not tested on animals, which is important to me.

Had an interaction with Millie today as my order was delayed (through no fault of theirs), which she kindly emailed me about. I cheekily saw a chance to change my order slightly as I realised I'd ordered the wrong size snuffer. Millie was absolutely brilliant. So friendly and helpful, and she helped me out with my silly error, which she absolutely did not have to do. It was entirely my mistake and she would have been well within her rights to say no. However, she kindly swapped the snuffer and I am really grateful to her for taking the time to do that. I look forward to my house smelling like Christmas for the whole of autumn! Thank you.

I had my first lamp as a housewarming present. A week later I had to order more! The fragrances are amazing, the quality and look of the lamps is fantastic and also customer service is great!

Excellent customer service, I recently bought a fragrance lamp and the wire that hold the stone in place broke, meaning I could not use my lamp. I contacted customer service through the website i had a reply within the hour and they immediately sent me a new wick. I thing that was excellent customer service.

I bought an Ashleigh & Burwood reed diffuser for my daughter last Christmas, from a local garden shop. She loved the scent so I tried to get another, to find that it was out of stock. I managed to track their own website down and put in an order. While I'm very happy with their products, their choice of delivery agent will prevent me buying from them again. Yodel, without trying to deliver into my hands (I was in!) just left over £50 worth of parcel by my door, in full view of a busy road. They then sent a message saying it had been left in "my safe place" (I don't have a safe place!), which I only read much later in bed. Absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed with their choice of delivery agent and consider myself lucky it hadn't been stolen. Having read this statement in one of Ashleigh and Burwood's replies to another review, "I can confirm that we use reputable and legitimate courier services when delivering our products." I can say without a shadow of doubt, no, you dont!

Purchased two of the oil burners in different colours for different rooms and bought lots of oils as the fragrances are gorgeous but unfortunately the tops where you light the burner has disintegrated and will not go back on . I am very disappointed as it only been a few months since I bought them . Trying to contact the company for advice now . Hope I can get a solution as I only purchased in December. Thankfully the company are sending new wicks so hopefully my home will be smelling gorgeous again . Thank you .

Very helpful lady (whose name I didn't get - sorry!) who gave me lots of advice and, based on this, I bought a lamp (to go with my lamp oil I'd been using in an oil burner (which you should not do because of the alcohol!) and it's fantastic. After spending £50 on Diptyque candles for years, as they're the only ones that actually smell, with them now being £70, I couldn't justify it anymore but, this lamp is even better. It's in an open plan house, only been burning for a little while and it smells amazing! Tea rose is my favourite fragrance, which isn't widely available (which is what led me to Ashleigh & Burwood in the first place). So ridiculously cheap compared to what I've had to spend before. Can't recommend highly enough.

The perfume does not last very long and can smell of chemicals (ethanol) . The oils are expensive.

I want to know what the strongest oil for the burner you have I have tried a few but a few years ago my mother had one and it was a strong smell what has the best strongest scent thanks great item

I have tried many of the products and they all have exceeded my expectations. I did have a slight issue with a delivery, however this was resolved very quickly. I cannot fault the customer service!

Worst company ever. 3 weeks still no refund. I sent a product that looked very different on the website back. I had to pay £8 for postage and they only refunded me 50% of the product. I was planning on ordering a different lamp from them... but now never. The customer service had spelling mistakes and seemed copied and pasted. I will warn whoever I can. Scam company who does not care about you.

I received my order promptly and the fragrance lamps are stunning. I bought one for the lounge /diner and another for the cloakroom. The two fragrances are beautiful and if left for too long can be a bit overpowering but you just have to put the cap back on after a while to stem the fragrance. One warning however which is why only 4 stars and something that there is no warning about that I could see, when you do go to remove the cap and put the snuff cap back on, be very careful as they get really hot and I burnt myself! I just hadn't even considered that after an hour they would be hot so I would advise using a cloth to remove.

I never leave reviews. The smell of your fragrance is very chemically pungent and does not smell the same to any previous products. It gives you a headache.

Fantastic products and service. Delivery was next day. I also emailed asking about testers and was sent the ones I requested. Products have such a great lasting smell and look great too. Have recommended to all my friends and will definitely order again

Pre Covid, I purchased the A & B Peony-scented sachets in a garden centre. I adore them. I scattered them all through my knitwear and clothing drawers.

I also particularly love them randomly placed, in between my several lighter-weight scarves. The beautiful scent permeates all the scarves and makes me feel so happy when I wear one.

I also love putting two or three in my holiday luggage, so that when I arrive in the destination, the lovely familiar scent escapes again.

I had tried to buy them since in garden centres, but had been unable to find any sachets locally with Peony or Rose (traditional) fragrance. So I was left feeling disappointed.

A brainwave made me look closely at an old Peony sachet and to my delight, I have now been able to order them on line.

The order was processed very speedily and the excellent DHL courier came next day.
