My son & daughter are both with Ashley Neal and we’re allocated a driving instructor local to our area, they both have their tests coming up in a couple of weeks, and their instructor has decided to take a couple of months break, my daughter contacted the office to be told they cannot fit them in with anyone else, what a horrid disgusting firm to have two young people now panicking as they have no instructor.

Maybe Ashley wants to get himself off YouTube and hire some reliable instructors or better still take on the lessons this idiot who needs a break has let down.

Avoid like the plague, unreliable and need to realise it is word of mouth which keeps your business going.

I passed today with Donna, I couldn’t of asked for a better driving instructor I wouldn’t of been able to do it without her. She makes you feel really comfortable, explains everything in detail so you have full understanding and goes above and beyond to help you. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Passed first time with my instructor Dan, couldn’t be more pleased with myself but it wouldn’t of been possible without him, really couldn’t recommend anyone better, made me feel really comfortable in my lessons and explains everything in great detail, very friendly person and always arrived on time for the lessons. Highly recommend!!

Passed a couple days ago with Paul. Best feeling ever. Made the lessons so easy and broke everything down perfectly t, couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, got it on my second try and after the first one he said not to take more as there was nothing he could teach me and I got unlucky on the day, not like lots of instructors out there who string you on and keep you for longer so they can get more money out of you, cheers Paul!!

I passed today with Donna 😊 she is the best and I can’t recommend her enough. My sister is actually starting lessons with her now too! I started in august with no confidence that I would ever drive and she has been so patient and kind with me. She would never make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions or getting things wrong. I will miss seeing her each week. Thanks for everything! x

I passed with Eddie a few weeks ago. It was a pleasure to learn to drive with him and he always believed that I could do it. I would highly recommend anybody to do driving lessons with Eddie.

Can't thank Eddie enough!! Passed today at the widnes test centre first time and it was all thanks to Eddie for being so patient and helpful on our lessons genuinely can't recommend him enough! genuinely gutted our weekly lessons are now over! Credit to the company.

I took lessons from the instructor of this company who had no patience to teach. He was shouting at me and making me so nervous while driving. The company doesn’t seems to believe the learners that instructor behaviour is wrong against the learners instead send you the link of video which says why learners shout. I explained them shouting is okay at one point but not constant that makes you freeze on the road but they have nothing to do with how as a customer we feel. I am so unhappy that first the instructor made me feel that way and I learnt nothing and secondly when asked helped from the company they haven’t help either. Worst experience. I would recommend not to pay for your 10 lessons at first but try if you like the instructor because you will have your own conversation with instruction regarding your routine and cancel the lessons but if you decide on the middle that you don’t want to carry taking lessons due to their behaviour they will charge for your cancelled lesson too and then they will remind you about company policies and rules also company will not support you at all because I have lost money and had experience so sharing to protect whoever reading my comment .

The best to learn with!! thanks to my instructor Paul Hooper for getting me through my test, highly recommended this learning school.

Would recommend to anyone learning to drive. I was extremely nervous and reluctant to learn to drive for a long time. I started lessons in July with no prior experience at all and passed in October which is something I never would’ve imagined. Eddie was an excellent instructor who was patient and extremely helpful and accommodating, and helped me become a confident and competent driver. Thank you so much!

i had a first time pass with eddie today in widnes. couldn’t recommend more!

I drove with Tenny in 2019 when i was a student, just wanted to say he taught me everything i know and really built my confidence driving! I was such a nervous driver before starting with him and he really made my whole experience behind the wheel better! After waiting out the pandemic i finally passed today with 2 minors back in my hometown! Really couldn’t have done it without Tenny’s great lessons pre-covid! Hope this message reaches him! I 100% recommend Ashley Neal to any Liverpool learners!

Passed first time last week. WOW what can I say Dan is the best instructor, patient, understanding, clear and concise. He had a very calming effect on me which absolutely got me the pass first time. I really looked forward to our lessons and I will miss them. Genuine lovely man who is a great teacher and with his guidance he developed my confidence more. Both my children learn with Dan; wouldn’t have anyone else.
