Highly recommended! Asia Villas helped me plan a trip to Patong with all of my family in a 6 bed villa. I wanted to bring my sons out on holiday with their wives and my grandkids so a villa was perfect to have us all under one roof. I couldn't find one on Airbnb for this quality at such an affordable price.
The Asia Villas site was extremely intuitive in finding the best location using their maps based navigation and images of the villas with amenities helped picking where to spend our holiday easy (have been visiting Phuket for 10 years now).
Special mention goes out to their agent Win Tschudin who provided amazing customer service over the phone and even negotiated the price down for us from the listing, fast and honest, will use again next year.

Thanks to LivePhuket I got a great Villa with my friends. We were right by the shops, restaurants, bars and the beach (Patong) but up on the hill. We therefore got close access to everything and an escape to serenity! This house was beautiful and came with our own pool and plenty of space. We were a group of 5 and there were more than enough showers and restrooms.
Another huge plus was the service, we had a maid who was so pleasant and cleaned up after us everyday. She would replace the sheets and towels for fresh ones and do our laundry. One day one of our group members was sick and she made her food and went to the store to get her Gatorade.

I will never forget the stay we had in that amazing villa. I got to soak up the sun, enjoy the party scene and have a stellar place to lounge around with my friends. Also very reasonable rates.

Kansamit was extremely helpful in assisting me plan my trip to Phuket. He showed me a variety of different villas that fit my travel requirements and was able to answer any questions that I had regarding different venues.
A very pleasurable travel experience. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

After searching around on other sites and getting nowhere we found Asia Villas and they sorted us out with the villa of our dreams in seconds. Recommend them without hesitation.

Using Asia Villas is far easier than using AirBnB because the staff at Asia Villas do all the work for you. They get you the best prices and know all the properties that are available. Sometime you cant beat a good old fashioned agent when it comes to getting a good deal in a place you don't know very well.

All my dealings with AsiaVillas have been extremely positive, their specialist Win Tschudin really listened to what we wanted from the start and nothing was any trouble for him. He was very knowledgeable, helpful guy. We stayed in Villa Myrtis and this is one of the loveliest villas with a good sized pool. I would recommend it to anyone want something a bit special then visit AsiaVilla.

Let me just say that this company does what it says and says what it does in the best possible way. When I came to the great country of Thailand, I did not know where I should stay. Felt very worried until good friend showed me this website.

It changed my life. I found favorite villa in MINUTES, moved in within a DAY. I didn't have the best lifestyle but it changed in a WEEK, during which I also met my soon to be wife. And now, I hear that I may be promoted in a MONTH. I feel like a brand new better me.

10/10 would recommend.
